I’m struggling with audio. Picture is there. But if I connect headsets to adapter, then there is game sound, but it disappears from RUclips channel. And if I connect my headset to pc, then RUclips has game sound, but my headset doesn’t get the game sound. How to resolve this!

You left out an important step, that being you need Elgato screen link, and what to do when you get a black screen.
You do not need an Elgato Screen Link. I don’t usually get black screens, but if I do I delete the source entirely.

IcyBrash Thank you! I have done that. I have done everything I have put my eyes on to RUclips. It works with my phone, it works with my Xbox. It works with my iPad Pro (2018) but after 10 mins shows green lines

@@StevenSekyi think its something to do with the hdmr (?) block from the ipad. But I don't have apps open on it that would cause that block in the first place? it connects, there's just no video being recorded and a buzzing sound.
I would try a new apple brand adapter
