- Are you ready to turn your Space HAB into a Space HOME? There’s nothing better than kicking back and relaxing after a long day of farming minerals and being bombarded by space pirates. But where exactly can one find that type of solace in Starfield? Your outpost of course!
Whether you are looking to peel off your helmet and hang out or farm materials and resources more efficiently and almost completely autonomously, your newfound Outposts are the place to do it. In this video, we’ll discuss how the Outpost feature works, what it can do for you, how you can make it your own with decor, and how it may just allow you to get away with stealing contraband by keeping the stolen goods in storage for safe keeping…behind a turret, of course.

If you don’t expect this to be the greatest game ever made, it’s a really great game. Truly addictive, so many different types of gameplay.
I’ve been doing constellation missions and ignoring everything else😂
@@GuardiansCreed I've been running with gangs and carrying out hits on Neon and infiltrating and sabotaging corporations on deep cover missions. I've done like two constellation missions.

Bessel III-b is currently the best location you can build one atm for 5 resources in one outpost location! 👍

@@tmenacet5350 an audio effect that lowers the volume of the "S" sound in someone's speaking voice. Basically it takes the frequencies in the audio where there is a harsh S and smooths out the sound so it's easier to listen to. It's common for sound engineers to use them.

You use the D-pad to change the size of structures btw
It depends on whether or not that structure has other size variations. Some have only one. So, in the build mode under the structure icon you would see "1/7" which means that there are 7 variations (looks or sizes) of that structure. And yes, this would be where you'd use the d-pad to see the size changes.
Can't wait to do my first. Just gotta get more credits. And find and load up on ammo and med kits.
You Can Also Rest In Your Ship In The Bed To Heal Up Before You Head Into A Mission
And resting gives an xp boost!

What Keyboard command key did you use to assign a crewmmber to an outpost when you created the crew station???
Open the main menu, select your ship in the lower left, there you will see an option "Crew" (the letter C on PC). Now you can assign all members.
How can you get more people to be in your outpost. Currently I’m locked at only two.

how do you open the build menu inside the habs? the airlock requires me to exit the menu
Open your scanner overlay, then press the outpost key, as if you were to start a new outpost.
Can you build more than one outpost on a single planet/ moon across different regions/continents?
Yes
Yes, you can also connect them to each other so you can harvest materials from anywhere if I’m not mistaken.
Didn't she say you can build up to 8 outposts on a single planet?
Are we gonna able to create base reactors inside the base indors and can it then lead underground to do underground resourcing and habitation ect so we all are protetcted from attacks and the elementa. And also underwather? Marine biology. 😊

wait 8 outposts per planet or 8 Outposts Total at level 4 its 16 Outposts and that reads like its Total for the whole game 16, is that wrong?
Total, 8 outpost per planet isn’t doable. It would break your game

It depends on your outpost building skill. It goes up to 24 total. Not on each planet
How did you get to placing items inside the HAB?
The one damn thing you should have covered!
Enter the building, pull up your scanner, and hit the outpost build button again.

My build outpost is greyed out. Is there a min requirement for an outpost?
Makr sure you have the engineering skill to build an outpost.
Yeah that doesn’t look like the Fallout 4 base building at all. Just plop down premade stuff, no actual building structures
How find the previous outposts you have made?
Look for the Icon in the Star Map view. Hover over it to see its name. The icon looks kinda like a bunker.
