You can get it either by lockpicking the box its in (which is master level) or do what everyone does and grab it inbetween the crack of the door and the box.

The captain dropped an epic space suit for me that boosts the carry capacity by +20. This was a huge bonus for early game.
I’ve never seen IGN produce so much content for a game they deemed a 7.

You do get the Constellation suit and helmet after you finish the first quest for them. Not sure if same as the suit you are talking about though.
