The years that went by after playing it, I experienced a kind of heartache that, ironically would be explored in Deltarune... And this is to say...I nearly forgotten that warm feeling in my Soul. I nearly forgotten what it felt like to have Love. I had already been brought to tears by the use of She's Playing Piano at the end of Spear of Justice...but when this played... I felt like that warm feeling was calling out to me...but from far away. I couldn't help but cry.

Your first version capture hesitation of Asgore and make the sense of touching of Undertale so much deeper. Lately I'm surprise to find that you make this 2nd version. The emphasis on tones of different instrument makes this piece even much much more lyric and more sensual than one could image.

Asgor wasn't enemy from nature. He wasn't guy that wanted to kill. He was a guy, with really sad backstory, full of moments in which life wanted to destroy him. He lost war against humans, had to take his people to underground to never see daylight again, he lost 2 children, wife left him, he was alone. He didn't wanted to kill. His people did, and he fought only because of pressure that his people made on him. He doesn't want to kill you, but he has to. He propably even wants you to kill him. He wanted to end this cycle of misery.
