Good tips! I don’t want to water it but once a week I think I can do. I just need to find chemicals and fertilizer that is puppy safe. My lawn is mostly crabgrass and weeds 😐 so I have just been mowing every week or twice a week if it grows fast.
Your lawn looks excellent. I switched over to a tall fescue/rye mix last year and it REALLY came up beautiful and thick this year. I am, however battling some extra mushroom growth because of the extra water retention. Is there any home remedy or brand of chemical you’d use to get rid of the mushrooms? Thanks!!
Hey PJ 👋🏾👋🏾! Wish I knew of these tips years ago! Great advice!
Hi Mirna! Yep, the basics will get you through.
I’ve never seen grass like that in central Texas. I’m not sure it’s a possibility here. I’m enjoying seeing YOURS though.😊
Thx. You probably have warm season grass in TX
we fight the fight !
Yes we do
First Aussie 😁. Recipe for Domination 😎
Recipe for survival 😂
I believe you reviewed hydrocharge granule product from Anderson. I assume it's similar to hydrotain? Please advise.
The two products are different and work differently. The Hydra Charge is a fertilizer/surfactant product that is complimentary to Hydretain.
@@GirLzLawn so if you had to choose one for moisture retention go with hydrotain? Going to try Andersons growth regulator granule soon
Great tips PJ! All of these will keep that lawn thriving during that summer heat! 😤💪
Survival is the goal. 🙌🏽
Great to see you back for another season. Your lawn looks GORGEOUS!!!

Hey. Thank you. Still moving & shaking.

Most items are animal safe after it has been watered in
Great tips for a great lawn!
Summer is brutal

Hey Mike. Mushrooms are indicative of healthy soil. If I were you, I wouldn’t treat them with chemicals, just pull them up.
