How much did they pay you to ply their product? Leaf filter (the brand) is outrageously expensive. There are gutter guards much less costly and equally effective.

I had a gutter guards put on they’re a filter where the leaves just flow off but if there’s snow on the roof, it won’t make a difference. If it gets too cold it will freeze anyhow.

Either the door is not installed correctly or the building is not plumb, maybe you should check with the builder about that it's not going to get better.

That grass looks good

I always suffer these types of damages because of my wife. She refuses to listen and for peace sake I just stop talking. She walks on the grass while picking up the mail or just generally walking to the front of the yard. It’s ok though.

Toro did an upgrade with the 605. Onboard intel so that performance doesn't drop off as the battery gets lower. Its also known as the 605 powerjet and has 120 minutes of run time on regular and 40 minutes on turbo compared to 90 minutes and 25 minutes on turbo. Great improvement. This was in November of 2021 when they upgraded the Toro to the 605 powerjet

I want my Bermuda gone but idk if I have the patience to keep trying to kill it off with chemicals. while at the same time I want to start seeding fescue this spring. Do you think over time if I keep over seedling with fescue then my lawn would eventually be taken over with fescue or do I have to kill everything I want completely before thinking about seeding fescue? And I live in Southern California if that helps any. And my current yard looks like a mix of fescue, Bermuda and a few different weeds.
