I’ve done this before in 3.5 months tho. I was at 205 and went down to 155. But this was unhealthy, I was only consuming like 700 calories a day while being active.
4000 is definitely a lot. I'm not sure what my BMI is but it is a calculation and doesn't show your composition. Someone could be the same height and weight and look dramatically different.

That's tough and rough on your body. I've done that before and it landed me with a slower metabolism.
