Titan! I'd love a video on speeds and feeds. How do you determine what is the best speed for this and that. What kind of resources are out there for us to look at? What do you use? If you just google the question you could spend days looking at a million different answers. Thanks and keep up the awesome work!
That was cool. I do 3+2 milling on a dmg. Haven't seen many shops that do high end grinding. Seems easier to program than mastercam when the built in software accounts for everything. Does it output gcode? Or something only that controller can use? I have seen mazak's conversation programming for lathes. I believe it can output gcode but doesn't need to.
Yea there is background g - m code, but they recommend not playing with it. I come from only mill and lathe programming by hand, and Is hard for me to not want to go into the nc code page and not add things haha .
