This just blew my mind. The way that dresses the threads on the end of that stud was perfect. I’ve never seen threads cut on a grinder before.
great job, this is the first Studer video actually showing it making sparks, Studer itself only puts finished articles on their machines to show them 'air passing' over the form, not actually doing any work.
Lol Titan could make his own ballscrews with this kind of equipment now.

That is some really precision work there.........how the heck do they keep all the grinding swarf from getting into the ways on those machines.......
I guess this is why they use this much lube ... Get it away as fast as possible
