    You can try Quaker multigrain oats too with topping of some black raisins and fruits rather using processed ones as they have many unwanted ingredients.

      It is a blessing to be pregnant....
      After your delivery ......your tummy will reduce.. ..
      Don't try to reduce it when you are pregnant

    You shouldnt eat banana in empty stomach in morning..I think you can have some more healthy protein rich breakfast after working out....Your body needs protein in morning so you will feel till afternoon...Have banana as snack after an hour of eating meal..Its just a suggestion....

      Pallavi Waghmare true, I never use it either. You should avoid fruits and veggies from milk or there are chances of getting skin disease such as white patches as milk in fruits or veggies generates toxins in body

      1. Exercise to burn extra calories

      Workout konsa karu kya karu mai diet karti hu ek mahina tak fir koi result nhi mila to mai chod deti hu or worout ghar me he krne se weight loss hoga kya uske liye weight training ki zaroorat hoti hai na lekin ham jaha rahte hai waha to koi gym he nhi h plz mujhe batao na dear plz help me mujhe weight loss kerna hai but how tum he batao na mai kaha se start karu kya karu sab batao plz dear jii
