    *Pre Workout Food*
    -heavy fruit (banana, apple, pineapple, papaya)
    -peanut butter sandwich
    -banana curd smoothie with chia seeds
    *Post Workout Food*
    -black coffee without sugar (not regularly)
    -a bowl of masala oats with green tea
    -glass of almond milk
    -chickpea salad with green tea (also have some almonds and walnuts with this)

    instant oatmeal , often have loads of added sugar and salt and artificial coloring. Read the labels and see what you’re getting. Calories is not everything, focus on eating healthy rather than counting calories .

      @@saijaljain7285 instant oats are highly processed and can be considered nearly equal to instant noodles. Steel cut oats are the healthiest form and after processing them, we get rolled oats which are still healthier than instant ones. Oats are processed multiple times to get instant oats which are almost simple carbs.

      Calm glitters working out makes ur body active so it reduces stress and anxiety also meditation & deep breathing exercises helps alot.... adding some activities of ur own( like painting) tht makes u calm... aromatherapy also helps give it a try...im not an expert but these helped me alot so hope this helps for u too..!!!

      So cravings are normal
      Binge on nuts & dates & flax seed when you feel hungry
      Also have lots of liquids in your diet
      This will help you alot 😊

    I've bunch of questions
    So here the first question is
    1. We should eat a whole egg? Or without yolk which one is beneficial for weight loss .
    2. What is the diet you follow for 6months to lose weight?
    3. I want to lose 15kg in 6months is it possible? I'm 22years old and right now I'm 62kg.
    I do exercise each and every day. Gym me cardio weight training everything.

    Please talk about instant oats,it’s benefit.as there is a lot of dilemmas about instant oats,that they are low in nutrition as per rolled oats,I’m using instant oats from the very beginning of my fitness journey but now a days after hearing different kinds of perceptions I’m a bit confused.as you also have instant oats please talk about it ❤️

    I am so happy to see Masala oats in ur diet plan. I love masala but since it is not plain, many ppl told a big NO to me.. and rather recommended plain oats.. which i am unable to eat. Mam, can u let me knw if I can take other flavours of oats too that come in the market with green tea. Is that okay?

      Take 10 almonds and soak it for 5-6hour then peel it and
      Grind it with 2-3 cup water
      Your almond milk is ready

Ya aapne jim join kiya tha... Mere kuch doubts h ki aapne apna wait losse kiss types se start kiya...     Ma'am I have been strictly recommended by my doctor not to have ginger and things that contain caffine....
    Please suggest me a drink that will boost me up during workout and give me effective results...

      If your workout is not more than 30 mins and its low intensity (it does not makes you sweat) then you can skip your pre workout snack or you can have black tea without sugar
      But if you do high intensity training for about 45-60 mins than you need a meal or snack not a drink before 1-2 hours of your exercise 😁😁😃😃
