Calm glitters working out makes ur body active so it reduces stress and anxiety also meditation & deep breathing exercises helps alot.... adding some activities of ur own( like painting) tht makes u calm... aromatherapy also helps give it a try...im not an expert but these helped me alot so hope this helps for u too..!!!

If your workout is not more than 30 mins and its low intensity (it does not makes you sweat) then you can skip your pre workout snack or you can have black tea without sugar But if you do high intensity training for about 45-60 mins than you need a meal or snack not a drink before 1-2 hours of your exercise 😁😁😃😃
