However, I shifted my entire routine eventually and that really boosted my concentration and memory. I slept early and woke up early to study! that really helped me alot!! also, an important tried and tested tip. If you do a bit of cardio and accompany it with yoga and meditation, you learn faster and retain better!! It really helps!!

You can always keep drinking water in intervals, it tricks your body into not being hungry
