Oh, I notice they referred to the Keihin Four as "Shitennō" in Japanese. That's a very common thing in Japanese works, it literally means "Four Heavenly Kings", which reference four Buddhist gods that watch over the cardinal directions. The most well known reference to it is the Elite Four in Pokemon, but there's references in Kill la Kill, Street Fighter, and even in Yakuza, actually.(on one of Komaki's training, you had to give him an "Image of Four Gods", remember? Nico, I think the issue you're having with Flux Fissure is that you aren't holding square down long enough, and Yagami initiates the next attack instead. Flux is a bit of a commitment and it takes getting used to. Think of it like other charge attacks in the series.

Nico, I believe Flux Fissure requires only two regular attacks before you can hold to charge it up. If you plan on using it against bosses, you should know that these attacks WILL be blocked unless it's in the first few seconds of the fight, when bosses don't block anything. If you learn to time it properly, you CAN just hit the air with the first two attacks and then hit with Flux Fissure. It's kinda broken honestly, but at the same time it's really the only reliable method of charging up your EX gauge.
By the way nico, there are skill books in the Vr in the safe unlocking spots. It is NOT Random, so you may need to use a guide. I’m sorry for misinforming about them being random, they are at specific locations.

Its not necessarily random, but theyre unlocked in the safes throughout the maps on higher difficulties
