Hi Michael, I have checked the spec-sheet but I dont see any steering wheel heater in the option list. So at this moment I will say non of the versions has a steering wheel heater. Hopefully this answer your question.

Yep, no signs of them implementing it either.
Correct, They have announced they are working on it. Personally I think this will fixed with an software-update.

Apple Car Play is announced to be released at the end of this year. A little late though...
