- In this video, we will be reviewing the 2023 Smart #1 (Hashtag 1) BEV in the Pro+ trim.
The #1 is the first fully electric vehicle from Smart, meaning there is no ICE at all for this model, and chances are there never will be.
The car is a Urban SUV coming in different trims : Pulse, Pro+, Premium and Brabus.
Each trim has its own equipment + dedicated options and cannot be customized (except for the exterio paint and interior trims).
This has a positive result: the cars are available quite quickly since they are all the same in terms of equipment.
The model tested here is the Pro+ and comes with already an impressive list of options and features.
The exterior is painted in Future Green Metallic and glossy black for the roof.
With a total power of 200 kW (272 HP) and a maximum torque of 384 Nm, the car is quite agile.
It carries a battery of 66 kW, where only 62 kW can be used effectively.

I’m glad you thought too put in the 0-100 times in all drive modes and not just sport, I’ve watched many EV car reviews as I’m in the market for one but they all just show how fast a car is in sportiest mode, I think it’s equally important too know how fast each mode is and your the first I’ve seen too show this , so nice one

Indeed, I am a firm believer that the 0-100 exercise should not be done in sport mode only as most of the time we may not be driving all day long in Sport mode.

Nice video. But why is the car so creaky when coming too a stop and setting off. It’s like it has noisy springs? You can here it before each 0-100 test

The noise you hear is actually coming from my shoes 😅
When flooring the pedal, the wet sole of my shoe kind of slips on the plastic/metal of the pedal.
