I've had supra for about 20 years. Silicone 14. Change about every 8-9 weeks. rarely any problems and no leaks for years! For me it is crusial to fix it in position everytime and get in my chair. Pull it slightly out. I almost daily get stops because of sediment and stuff. I've this open and close switch on. So when I get stop and bladder is full I can close this switch and press with my fingers on a place so it flashed catheter. Takes aprox 5sec. And it always fixes the flow. When I came up with this strategy maybe 8 years ago I maybe had leaks 3 times.. if you want more detail i gladly share

That's interesting, please do share more about your experience. So far, my body isn't agreeing with the silicone catheter, and I might have my wife take it out and replace it with a stock latex one, again.

Hello Guys, I changed my SPC two weeks ago (C4/C5) and after changing I had lots of blood for 5 or 6 days and sweating non stop now for 2 weeks. Changing my shirt and jacket 3 times a day because my clolthes are completely wet. Any ideas? Spastic bladder or any ideas ?
