Should hold the Law Enforcement Community as well as EVERYONE ELSE. It appears there is always someone or some special group that doesn't have to follow the law or feels the Law doesn't apply to them, for some reason.

      1. I do not like Kim Gardner
      2. I'm a criminal trial lawyer who has served as a prosecutor and defense attorney for 30 years.
      3. While it is unusual for an attorney to miss a court hearing, it is not necessarily a contemptable act. Mistakes and mis-calendaring do happen - these are not willful violations.
      4. This judge appears to be grandstanding IMO
      5. The judge's "BEAT NAVY" sign is unprofessional itself ... After appearing in front of nearly 100 judges, I've never seen such a thing.

We dont know this Judge's political ideology, but this is how it should be, Republican or democrat, independant, whatever, this is a fair judge. This is all we ask for. If you fail to show up to court, a warrant is issued for you to be brought before that judge. Same should be down with the prosecutors.

I am Australian, and was a Court Officer in The Federal Court of Australia. Our judges and magistrates are not elected, therefore their political leanings are never known, in fact there would be a scandal of that was ever found to have occurred here. They are appointed by the Federal Government and on merit. As it should be in my opinion. the risk of corruption is lowered as there is no political bias, or political stacking, confirming the separation of the law and politics in the same way that there is a separation between church and state.

Absolutely!! We must be prepared to endure to the end because we are at war, ready, if needs must, to endure the pain and suffering of a torturous murder because we had the audacity to stand up for Righteousness and integrity. But, resist, refuse and revolt we must. And speak out we must, we have been selected for this time. This is THEIR moment, though. That's why there has been such an explosion of insanity and unreasoning anger in the last few years, hordes of DEMONIC ENTITIES have been loosed on the world. What we're going through right now is the result of demonic possession by evil and malevolent entities who have the same personality characteristics we see being made manifest as the people they possess. Things like cross dressing, changing sexes, mutilation of the genitals, and anger, lots of demonic anger. This is the definitive answer to the question of "WHY all the militant perversion and actual enforcement of this nasty garbage by representatives of the law?." It fully explains the inexplicable. But, if God is for us, who can stand against us? Never forget that Righteousness is simply obedience to the Great Creator God. How do we know we love Him? "If it be that we keep the Commandments." One day, even the deep things of God will be revealed to us, then we will realize the utter simplicity of even those things. Praise God every moment. He lives in your heart, may He shed His blessings on you and your kin.

If a DA chooses to abandon a criminal case the most a judge can do is continue the case and ask for a volunteer lawyer to step up. That may be the solution to these cases. Lawyers would "stand by" to pick up cases dropped by the DA.

I'm no lawyer, but I do have common sense. If I see a "Beat Navy" sign on the bench, I assume the judge went to West Point Military academy, a place where being late, or skipping a scheduled event is not acceptable. I would also assume that talking back is likely not going to earn you favor. I know nothing about this judge, but those are the assumption I would run on based on his decor.

Many years ago one of my arrests (I was an Officer, not the Defendant) went to trial, and the DA didn't show up.
The Judge on the case was Judge Davenport, of the Los Angeles Criminal Court. He was a no BS kinda guy.
He issues a body attachment for the DA and sent his court officers through the building looking for her.
She was brought to the courtroom under escort and was dressed down, severely.
    God, I loved that man.
