- Spring rolls are a specialty of Vietnam. There are different versions, I propose you to discover Goi Cuon, the spring rolls with shrimp and pork belly. I also show you how to make the Hoisin and peanuts sauce to accompany them. You can offer these spring rolls to your guests as a starter or as a dish.

Oh wow!!! I've always loved these spring rolls and struggled to make these as perfect as possible only to end up with irregularly shaped and mismatched rolls. How do you keep the rolls from sticking to one another? How do you keep the rolls soft after rolling? Thank you so much for teaching me this recipe...
Hi, these rolls do not keep long, they must be eaten after preparation.
Watch how much water you put on them too. Use just enough to wet them. Too much water, or if they don't drain properly, will result in them becoming sticky.
