Overnight oats in a leftover jar tip: Use a little silicone spatula to really get in there and scrape the PB off the sides/bottom!

Will definitely be trying your way to keep green onion fresh, since I cook for just myself, whenever I buy green onion it either goes to waste or straight to the freezer to add to soups.
A friend told me she just rinses off the ice crystals & it gets rid of most freezer-burn taste. It seems to work!
I love your videos. You make simple foods with very accessible ingredients. I shop mostly at Aldi too so I’m always so happy when you mention a product that I haven’t tried yet being good. Even for someone who’s been vegan a long time the recipes and inspiration you give to us all is endless. I’ve been sharing these videos with my non veg friends too because they’re so chill and not like, chop chop go go make this fifteen ingredient thing that *might* be good. Cold minimizes flavour by half, if not more depending on the specific flavour, so it makes complete sense why you can take more stevia in your cold icy drinks than your warm ones 😊
You’re the best!! Try marinating tempeh with 1/3 bbq 1/3 soy sauce and 1/3 Italian dressing. Then air fry/ pan fry/ grill and add a little of the sauce as you cook. YUMMMMMMMMMMMMM!! It’s my fave

Love your video, your style, your personality. I'm not vegan, but freshly dealing with some food allergies, and vegan foods are kinda safe options for me right now. So thank you for showing how "normal" vegan foods can be. I did watch a lot if vegan content before, but I never felt like I could do it (be affordable, tasty, not too "healthy".. etc..) till now. I think it's going to be my goal this week to use up stuff from my freezer. I've got 4 kids and so I usually buy lots of food when I'm at the store and try to load up on good items when they're on sale. Consequently, my freezer is pretty full of stuff I've forgotten I've bought. I need to save some money this month anyway.

If you put lemon juice in something cooked with red cabbage, it will turn green/blue. I always buy red cabbage because it is healthier and more visually interesting.

i used Bobs red mill egg replacer! it works rly well but i also use flax eggs sometimes like for cookies

I had to buy reading glasses previous year. They first checked out my eye sight. It turned out that my ability to see far distance objects was excellent, but as I suspected I did need reading glasses. I decided on the frame within five minutes lol. Round glasses look very good on your face, but a delicate rectangular frame is better on my face.
Boil tempeh in lemony water for 20 minutes before cooking with it, you’ll like the taste a lot more

Ok La Croix poll: Passionfruit and Apricot are my favorite, I hate the Lime, and I hate the Watermelon. Everything else is neutral for me. Also thanks Emily!! If you marinate the tempeh in Braggs, liquid smoke, and some sugar and pepper for like 20 mins, it’s sooooo good. Pretty much the only way I’ll eat it.

stevia is a plant 👍 i never use artificial sweeteners! but at the same time cane sugar is great & i will never stop eating it! lol i’m only reducing it in some things

you keep calling these videos "anti-diet" but then you speak about foods in a negative manner (for example sugar)
that doesn't make any sense. it's not consistent, and it an be triggering for folks recovering from eating disorders, especially orthorexia

i totally understand that. i had been thinking about that lately but no one had said anything yet but i changed the title now. I’ll keep it in mind from now on. I get lazy when titling videos & just do a lot of the same terms for a while lol
I want to get across that I’m not counting calories/macros & that I eat a variety of healthy & “unhealthy” foods but not sure what term I should use to get that across in video titles! So if you have any other ideas lmk 💚 but thank u for the feedback I appreciate it
