I remember watching the destruction of Krypton in Superman The Movie when I was a kid and it gave me nightmares for years afterwards. Really happy to see Director Bryan Singer revisiting the aftermath - it puts the original scene into perspective. Really looking forward to seeing Brandon Routh as Superman in Crisis of Infinite Earths.
Ryan Gazder yes and Brandon is my favorite incarnation of movie Superman, the rumored sequel plot synopsis for it is amazing actually and now I'm angry and dissapointed we never got it. And playing Superman meant a lot to Brandon too.
Nice scene, Honestly never understood why this films gets so much hate I really like it. While another land scheme Luthor's plan to replace a large portion of the United States with a new continent made partial of Kryptonite is actually quite brilliant.
Jason Trickle cry babies an whiners. Not a bad movie, not great but Brandon made a much better superman and Henry Cavil. And Kevin Spacey actually was not a bad likely for either… I think it was on the edge of being really good
Who would want to live on a barren rock in the middle of the ocean? And why would Lex have any sort of property rights over it anyway? Makes absolutely no sense.
Wow, this scene is amazing to me, makes you feel even worse for him because he risked everything to find his home only to find a bunch of kryptonite waiting for him.
It started out cool but went down hill fast. Seriously, it accomplished nothing. All he found out was that his home planet blew up... and that apparently there is a lot of krypton debris from when krypton blew up...lol. He already knew this. He basically traveled all those light years for a quick flyby... then headed back home... rather boring when it comes to movie clips. NOW had he retrieved something, then that would have made for an insanely good clip. Especially if it was used later in the movie or as a teaser for a future movie. Like maybe a device that would help get super girl out of the phantom zone or something like that. I'm not a big follower of superman though, so I don't know if that example makes sense or not. Just tossing out the idea that he could have gotten something beyond just a flyby.
101perspective Well it did explain where he disappeared to for 2 years and why he turned up injured in his mother's back yard. I would much rather see this in the film than Lex scamming some old lady.
DragonballzDeep My mistake, 5 years. In my opinion the only flaw with this film is that was all a plan devised by Lex to get rich off real estate. Aside from the main plot of this film being terrible, everything else was great.
I agree but you know what, they actually had to rewrite the movie during production to make Lex the focus of the movie because it became very apparent that Brandon Routh couldn't act let alone carry a 200 million dollar movie. Its apparent in the final cut because he hardly has any lines in the movie. Also a lot of people dont realize this but when this movie was initially assembled prior to making any cuts, it came in at over 4 and a half hours long. Now theres a difference between making edits to make the film move more smoothly and chopping 2 hours out of the movie. They lost so many subplots and plot points such as the return to krypton stuff and the subplot that involved Lex's crony played by Kal Penn that revealed that Lex was the one that had faked the astronomy information that said Krypton still existed in order to get superman off the planet so he could get out of jail. Also there was subplots that involved General Zod and the trauma that battling the last 3 Kryptonians caused Superman that made him want to see if there was any other survivors out there.
+Sophia Wilson After this disaster there was no way Brandon was going to get a second movie.... even though he pulls off the Christopher Reeve look brilliantly.
lol doubtful i mean i know id buy it bc I'm a superman nut but i remember the regular folks in the theater watching this movie and saying "when the fuck is this movie gonna end???" lol
Excellent scene. My criticism is that it shows Krypton almost completely intact. I think it would have been much more visually stunning as well as more accurate with the first two movies to show Superman approaching an asteroid belt, consisting of debris from the explosion of Krypton. At one point, after exploring debris for a minute, he happens upon something recognizable, like he did here.
Gravity could draw pieces of an exploded planet back into a sphere. It takes a really significant amount of energy to throw the pieces into escape velocity and turn Krypton into an asteroid belt.
according to superman 1, it's been thousands of years since krypton exploded...my guess is that gravity may have started to pull the debris back together over time either that or this isn't the planet being intact, but that this part in particular is just a huge chunk of what was blown up
The original 1978 Superman: The Movie would be hard for any Director to exceed. It was just that good. Credit to Richard Donner and Crew. Many will remember Christopher Reeve and Margot Kidder.
You can clearly see from the way the scene ends that it was supposed to be the opening scene. It pans to space in a way that you expect the classic Superman title sequence in space to start playing.
This is a scene that should have been included in the movie as it is such an important scene that explains exactly what Kal sees while he was there, how his ship got damaged before returning to Earth and most importantly....the reason we see him in his weakened condition from being exposed to Green Kryptonite after his ship crashes on Earth.
The damage to the ship was the only mystery to me after seeing the film in the cinema. The kryptonite exposure was implicit enough that a full explanation wasn't necessary.
💎 The HOUSE of JOR-EL symbol was discovered by Kal-EL but repulsed by Green Kryptonite. This Krypton deleted scene could have been included as a flashback during conversation with his Earth mom Martha Kent, saying it's practically dead planet. I really don't see why this was cut. 💎
Not practically dead, but completely dead. A planet without a star would be like Pluto unless its core was still intact and extremely active like Earth was in its first billion years.
Such a cool scene. Not sure if there would have been that much left after Krypton blew up, but it looked cool. Nice seeing him realise that the Kryptonite is hurting him, then steering the ship away and getting the hell out of there. When they tell you how long he was gone for, this scene shows why. It should have been left in. Brandon was good.
I think that if the studio had promoted that this was supposed to be a sequel to Supes II, it would have done better. I think that most people were expecting a reboot, and got caught up with wondering about Lois' kid and why does Luthor always scheme a land grab?
This is incredible work!!! Amazing!!!! I did a re edit of the beginning with the credits & then the Smallville scene after the credits..... but this..... this is wonderful!!! Oh my!!!
It's a great scene, the only problem and can kind of understand why it was deleted. The shot of him flying through part of the planet seeing the family crest, and at the end 5:08 shows quite a portion of the planet still looking intact. Whilst in the 1st movie the explosion of Krypton's sun and Krypton was massive sending particles in every direction. The shot at 5:08 gives the sense the planet looked like it just been hit by a moderate explosion in comparison.
Very cool scene, thanks for posting. I really enjoyed this movie, Brandon did a great job as Superman and I loved Martha's hint at Supergirl. I think the failure was in continuing on in the Christopher Reeve Universe storyline and subtracting from it the third and following movies, it had been years since those movies and most forgot the finer details of Superman one and two (i.e. Clark having his powers removed and playing around with Lois, leading to her future pregnancy) but it's all history now, a worthy effort.
This scene was nothing but astonishing! Even if Brandon could never replace Christopher, there was something beautifuly peaceful other worthly in his role of Superman aswell.
Actually this is where they made a mistake. The Kryptonite shouldn't have any effect on him. Remember the reason kryptonite is deadly to him is because the Sun's radiation. He's no longer in earths Galaxy. He's in his homeworlds galaxy therefore the Kryptonite is no longer deadly and Superman is actually mortal in this scene or should be cuz the earth's sun is what gives him his powers.
Perfect scene and incredible crystal space ship design! I always felt this should have been a flashback scene inserted into the movie exactly when Clark tells Lois "But when astronomers thought they found Krypton, I had to see for myself"..(then he'd say:) .."I went up north and built a Kryptonian ship, programmed it with my dad's old computer files. Then I took off, and went to sleep for 2 and a half years..." Then fade from their rooftop conversation atop The Daily Planet to his Deadly Planet of Silent Ruin and this gorgeous scene here.
Thanks a lot for uploading this, Andre; just what I was looking for this morn. They should have left it in the movie (guess I need to pick up the extended version). Nitpick: John Ottman did the music (using many of Williams' themes). Highly recommend picking up the extended set! Cheers.
Nope. Superman Returns takes place right after Superman 2 (ignoring 3 and 4 for obvious reasons). To me Christopher Reeve is and always will be the one and only Superman. Period. But I love Superman Returns! It's a wonderful Superman movie! I think it's way better than Man of Steel. Returns understands who Superman is... but MOS.... I don't think so...
It’s interesting how all of the deleted scenes cut from the film, would had also made the movie a whole lot better to watch. Superman going on a voyage through space and time in hopes of finding the doomed planet only to discover what he had known all along that krypton had been destroyed ages ago. This scene alone explains to the audience as to why Lois wrote her article: “Why the world doesn’t need Superman”- but also giving the old and new audience in theaters a brief rundown on as to why Superman had left earth in the first place.
Amazing scene, beautifully shot. Importantly, it gives Brandon´s Superman the proper powerful introduction. If they had kept this scene in, as well as ALL of the smaller deleted scenes, only a few of which were on the DVD, it would have been a deeply satisyfing and wonderful Superman film, instead of one that was sort of....okay. And therefore disappointing.
@The Mystery Man It really looked that way, until he turned around to get outta there and then we see the actual total destruction. My immediate reaction to all of the lack of destruction was "Nuh, that ain't what I saw in 1979."
@The Mystery Man Must agree. The planet was destroyed when the sun went nova. There should be nothing left but a nebula from the star's explosion. Theory was that fragments of the planet were caught in the wake Kal-El's ship's propulsion to Earth....basically tagging along the entire time. That's how kryptonite fragments got all the way to Earth. Am I the only one paying attention here?? LOL.
@@damelos4039 The nebula was there in the very beginning as his ship was almost at Kryptons location. They took creative license from the source materials to why a huge miles long and wide fragment of Krypton’s crust and mantle were left over. In MOS Krypton exploded due to an unstable core due to Kryptonians harvesting it for energy but it also left huge segments of the planet intact.
Hey, different strokes for different folks. I don't know about you, but I happen to like dark and gritty, it gives the film a greater sense of realism in a dark and gritty world. Let's face it, Superman was supposed to be all about Truth, Justice and the American way. That was a long time ago, and nowadays there aren't that many people anymore that are particularly fond of the American way. Kal-El stands for Truth and Justice still, but instead of calling it the American way, he may call it the American Ideal.
The scene remind me of how exoplanet OGLE-2005 BLG390 Lb could look like and I think Krypton could be a true exoplanet within just 20 ly closer to Earth. It could orbit either one of the nearest stars like Ross 128, Barnard's Star, Luyten's Star or even Proxima Centauri.
Its very disappointing this footage was not added to the movie, to include that Brandon Routh was not given another chance to continue in a Superman Returns Part 2 or at least to continue the legacy.
The situation Brandon Routh faced with this being his only Superman movie is not unlike George Lazenby was put into, only making one James Bond film between Sean Connery & Roger Moore for the film Her Majesty's Secret Service.
Will a talented director, one day, see the potential in this character, in these scenes, put them together and give us the most epic movie ever created. I await with fingers crossed, if I can see it, somebody talented out there see's it as well.
Should have left this in, maybe could have been a flash back scene. The ship was a similar design to the craft in SUPERMAN 1 when baby Kal-El was sent to earth by his parents
I can see why they cut this scene: even in the space ship, and at distance, Superman was profoundly affected by the Kryptonite, but by the end of the film, he picks up an island made of the stuff and throws it into space.
@@rao3704 Dude, you can rationalize it however you need to but Superman Returns essentially discarded the idea that Superman had a weakness to Kryptonite. Had that arm of the franchise continued, they never could have written Kryptonite as a threat with any integrity ever again.

I watched this on Netflix. Not sure why they cut this scene. It would of went well when Clark was talking to his mom (Martha) when he said “I thought, hoped something would be left. But it’s a graveyard.” The original cut was that Clark talked to his mom about it: so the viewer has to imagine what he saw. You’d think after krypton exploded there would be nothing left, except half the planet still held a form...So again-not sure why this was cut. It Would of been a good start to the movie after the opening credits...you see the passage of time in space and Krypton just dead. Text would fade in “30 years later” after the destruction of Krypton. (or however many years) and then you see Kal’s ship in space flying toward the dead planet, Krypton. Really happy to see Director Bryan Singer revisiting the aftermath - it puts the original scene into perspective. Really looking forward to seeing Brandon Routh as Superman in Crisis of Infinite Earths.
I've seen it (2024) n trust me it's good
H3 was gr3at on it
I feel sorry for Brandon routh , he gave a good performance. it's not his fault bryan singer wrote a weak story.
Bryan Singer didn't write the story though. I mean he contributed with certain ideas but it was his two writer buddies who wrote the script.
The story was ok. The direction is amazing. This is an actually watchable movie. I cant stand "Man of Steel". Thats Bryan Singers greatness.
Ryan Gazder yes and Brandon is my favorite incarnation of movie Superman, the rumored sequel plot synopsis for it is amazing actually and now I'm angry and dissapointed we never got it. And playing Superman meant a lot to Brandon too.
This movie got a lot of undeserved bad press... it's a pretty decent movie actually. It's a good a good example on how salty critics can ruin a movie.
Nyimak
Nice scene, Honestly never understood why this films gets so much hate I really like it. While another land scheme Luthor's plan to replace a large portion of the United States with a new continent made partial of Kryptonite is actually quite brilliant.
Jason Trickle exactly
The film was too slow for the average viewer.
Who would want to live there? Like I'm gonna brag about living on that thing? Give me a break! lol
Lose $10 million dollars to lose an amazing 5 minutes. Doesn't really add up. This scene alone would have raised the reviews.
The scene gave me chills. It would have helped the movie sooooo much.
That's the dumbest f*cking thing I've ever heard. Ever lol wow. I feel stupid after reading what you wrote.
Aside from the main plot of this film being terrible, everything else was great.
brandon routh deserved a better superman film.
+echolot I just watch this film and it good I like it I like it more than Man of Steel. Brandon Routh deserved a sequel Superman Returns 2
+Sophia Wilson After this disaster there was no way Brandon was going to get a second movie.... even though he pulls off the Christopher Reeve look brilliantly.
+Ray Mazzilli Maybe they should release the entire 4.5 hour movie on DVD now.... might make them some money.
lol doubtful i mean i know id buy it bc I'm a superman nut but i remember the regular folks in the theater watching this movie and saying "when the fuck is this movie gonna end???" lol
I read the script. What its depicted here is a fragment of the planet not the planet itself.
Gravity could draw pieces of an exploded planet back into a sphere. It takes a really significant amount of energy to throw the pieces into escape velocity and turn Krypton into an asteroid belt.
according to superman 1, it's been thousands of years since krypton exploded...my guess is that gravity may have started to pull the debris back together over time
either that or this isn't the planet being intact, but that this part in particular is just a huge chunk of what was blown up
The original 1978 Superman: The Movie would be hard for any Director to exceed. It was just that good. Credit to Richard Donner and Crew. Many will remember Christopher Reeve and Margot Kidder.
This scene is mesmerizing. Very creepy and haunting. I love it. Wish it was the opening scene.
You can clearly see from the way the scene ends that it was supposed to be the opening scene.
It pans to space in a way that you expect the classic Superman title sequence in space to start playing.
The Krypton remains (or the Graveyard of Rao) gives me the creeps...
Rao大赤日 agree would also make a great song title
The Graveyard of Rao is like the Ghost 👻Zone of Kryptons dead race!
Except for record entries from Seg El.
Exactly. It was kryptonite under the S logo, and he was affected by it when we know that only under the yellow sun, Superman gets the powers from
I don't understand why they did not use this scene in the theatrical release.
Jim Harvey Execs in Hollywood were stupid.
It definitely is a scene with a lot of weight and prestige to a Superman fan. Stupid execs.
@@nicholasdickens2801 they're still stupid nowadays
6 years later, WB is still Making the same mistakes
After seeing what WB did to Snyder I’m sure we know now they are trash. They fucked over Donner Singer and Snyder.
terrible decision in deleting this scene. Almost as bad as all of the scenes they deleted from the Abyss.
Matthew B yup
You know it's not a scene... it's a YT creation
..please don't compare the under rated the Abyss ..to this lame flick lol..
Matthew B omg, they deleted scenes from the Abyss? I should have known. How many scenes were deleted ??
@@rstarr14 Is that why it's included on the official Blu-ray and discussed by Bryan Singer?
I've seen this deleted scene a few times over the years and just realized superman's ship goes through the dome where general zod was put on trial
John Williams score in this setting gives you that one feeling.... A long time ago.....
Why did hollywood not think we want this? This is amazing.
That was actually better than 80% of the rest of the movie.
so this movie has to be crap
Daniel Appleton one day, I doubt it, but just maybe, one day!
I think that if the studio had promoted that this was supposed to be a sequel to Supes II, it would have done better. I think that most people were expecting a reboot, and got caught up with wondering about Lois' kid and why does Luthor always scheme a land grab?
The producers were more interested in man shaming than making a good movie.
Fuck off bro this movie was lit.
This is incredible work!!! Amazing!!!! I did a re edit of the beginning with the credits & then the Smallville scene after the credits..... but this..... this is wonderful!!! Oh my!!!
This scene should definitely have been in the movie.
Yes is Should have!👍
It's a great scene, the only problem and can kind of understand why it was deleted.
Already loved the production design on this movie and this scene drives it home even more, and it’s shot really well too. Very Metropolis
John Williams makes anything better.
John Ottman conducted the score, but it was pretty much all of William's soundtrack written for the first movie.
@@samsonguy10k By the sounding difference, I think this version of Williams' score is composed and performed by John Debney.
didn't need him to make the MCU better
In my opinion this may be the Greatest cut Scene for any movie.Ever!.May be the best scene in the whole movie
2:08 The dome where Zod and company were sentenced.
We will never KEEL to You Zod!
Someone mentioned that they thought that was intended to be the exposed planetary core. The dome was thick walled, but otherwise hollow.
cool
Thank you for the upload. They should have kept this in the finished movie.
I was like all "YAY The superman logo, but all of a sudden there's kryptonitw, "ITS A TRAP!"
This was a great scene. A lot of criticisms could have been forgiven if they had included this instead of leaving it on the cutting room floor.
"Why can't I go home again? Oh yeah, it'll kill me, derp!"
Krypton looks a little too intact for a planet that was blown up by a supernova.
@ Wrong. The original it was obliterated.
@Nob the Knave This is the director's interpretation of what happened after the explosion. Not the same as the 1978 version
That was only a small piece of the planet
The planet broke into shards causing Kryptonite to form.
The planet was obliterated. This would be utterly impossible, unless Superman goes back in time
it was obliterated, theres only like 12% of the planet left, you can see that by the fragments and the left over shell that was krypton
I agree in the first film it exploded like a macaroon being hit with a hammer nothing like this could ever be left just fragments nothing more
It wasn't vaporized by the Death Star. It exploded into pieces.
God you are boring bastards..."it wouldn't be this..it wouldn't be that"...who the fuck cares...
@shawntipton5078
Krypton was destroyed by their red supergiant sun named Rao going supernova.
It would have been so incredible if they included this in the movie
Thanks a lot for uploading this, Andre; just what I was looking for this morn. They should have left it in the movie (guess I need to pick up the extended version).
Nitpick: John Ottman did the music (using many of Williams' themes). Highly recommend picking up the extended set!
Cheers.
This is like driving by your parents place after 30yrs and not even getting out of the car to say hello.
The film take the place after "Superman IV: The Quest of Peace" (1987)
Excellent film...one of the best if you like the characters. If you just want action and mindless violence it's probably not a fave, lol.
Thank you Andre Johnston, that was spectacular!
Superman Returns is a great movie.
OK! This just made my week! But how is Krypton still even a place to visit? I thought it was turned to dust.
It was.
If this part had been included in the movie, I would have liked it more.
It is sad because this was the best scene of this movie.
The coolest scene in the entire movie, and it was cut.
I agree.
Sometimes what you find is not exactly what you are looking for
Excuse me, but wasn't Krypton supposed to been completely destroyed?
@The Mystery Man It really looked that way, until he turned around to get outta there and then we see the actual total destruction.
My immediate reaction to all of the lack of destruction was "Nuh, that ain't what I saw in 1979."
Yep-the sun blew up-nothing left-except tons of kryptonite of course
@The Mystery Man Must agree. The planet was destroyed when the sun went nova. There should be nothing left but a nebula from the star's explosion. Theory was that fragments of the planet were caught in the wake Kal-El's ship's propulsion to Earth....basically tagging along the entire time. That's how kryptonite fragments got all the way to Earth. Am I the only one paying attention here?? LOL.
@@damelos4039
The nebula was there in the very beginning as his ship was almost at Kryptons location. They took creative license from the source materials to why a huge miles long and wide fragment of Krypton’s crust and mantle were left over. In MOS Krypton exploded due to an unstable core due to Kryptonians harvesting it for energy but it also left huge segments of the planet intact.
They Even Showed The House Of El In This Scene!
This shows how Superman got missing in the first place.
The Old World Of Krypton is a Rock Dead Zone without Light and Without Life,it cool and scary.
I really miss this kind of Superman. The latest take on it is too dark, gritty and depressing for my taste.
At DC Superman was reinvented to be the "X-Men," and Clark Kent was reinvented to be Peter Parker.
Looks like the Superman you missed may finally be home.
AndrewJamesWilliams nobody gives a shit about your taste.
I agree, it completely miss understands what superman is about
Moral of the story: never go back to what was, it can kill you, keep moving forward.
The version I saw of this movie had this scene in it. Best part.
it's me Travis bernardini big fan Superman Returns😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Loved Superman Returns!!
I really liked this movie. This beginning would have been awesome. Especially considering most of the film was about Lex's focus on the crystals.
Absolutely Amazing Kryptonian spaceship !
Its sad the deletion of this scene...
Its very disappointing this footage was not added to the movie, to include that Brandon Routh was not given another chance to continue in a Superman Returns Part 2 or at least to continue the legacy.
I agree
The situation Brandon Routh faced with this being his only Superman movie is not unlike George Lazenby was put into, only making one James Bond film between Sean Connery & Roger Moore for the film Her Majesty's Secret Service.
Will a talented director, one day, see the potential in this character, in these scenes, put them together and give us the most epic movie ever created. I await with fingers crossed, if I can see it, somebody talented out there see's it as well.
I like how his ship has a regeneration factor.
I always saw what lex created as artificial kryptonite. Not quite as powerful
@@rao3704 Dude, you can rationalize it however you need to but Superman Returns essentially discarded the idea that Superman had a weakness to Kryptonite. Had that arm of the franchise continued, they never could have written Kryptonite as a threat with any integrity ever again.

3:40 A symbol for Hope
Never seen this b4! Heard about this scene, but...thanks 4 sharing!
Imagine if astronauts went into deep space and then they found something like this on a dead planet, what would that mean? That would be creepy. What I mean is what if they found the Superman symbol. What would that mean? Sorry I had to re edit this.
If this scene had been included it would have brought the story full circle. Superman couldn’t save Krypton, but he could save earth.
This should have been the intro to the movie!!
I watched this on Netflix. Not sure why they cut this scene. It would of went well when Clark was talking to his mom (Martha) when he said “I thought, hoped something would be left. But it’s a graveyard.”
The original cut was that Clark talked to his mom about it: so the viewer has to imagine what he saw.
Kal emerges from the sleep chamber (whatever it was be stepped out of)
This scene honestly should have been in the movie
Wow they should have started with this as the beginning of Superman Returns!!!! That was great!!!!
In the Man Of Steel version, he would get into a fight with someone and destroy what was left of Krypton.
And probably still better than the Superman Return's sequel where he gets to beat his own kid to death. Yes this was an actual freaking idea for that.
Hartzilla2007
Yikes!
+Hartzilla2007 The old Justice League movie idea was much better than how they are doing it now. They had everyone and Bale Batman didn't trust anyone..just like the comics. New movie has him recruiting members instead of being guy they call to help at times. Batman is not DC's Nick Fury
Tokiofritz man of steel is not Superman, so spot on!
Steven Rozakis yup
Andre Johnston thank you for posting this clip.
Second: This would have been Great on the big screen , but it slow build up to basic nothing could be a reason for it being cut. Of coarse my first though of this scene was, a play off on 2001 Space Od, & the slow build up they had on the movie "Alien."
Third: I am hearing in the back of my brain TNG: Anti' matter engine is off line, full fusion power to the structure integrity fields." These were the last words spoken on Krypton before it's final fate.
Fouth : If Superman's space craft does not fully clear the kryptonnite debrie field, would the ship's FTL "worm hole / quantum slipstream drive" drag more kryptonnite back to Earth with him ?
That scene should have been left in the movie Brandon was great as superman.
2:09 The Dome of the Science Council
2:39 The El Citadel on the left approaching The Valley of Elders
3:38 The House of El crest
4:49 The Graveyard of Rao asteroid field recently plotted
5:06 Shattered remains of Krypton including including a huge piece of the planet’s crust and mantle
Wow! Kal-El almost didn't make it back to Lois back home! This deleted scene was very claustrophobic and scary for me. As a trained Scuba Diver, Supey about to get cut and stranded on Kryptonite infected Krypton was like rupturing your only air hose hundreds of feet deep in the ocean all alone! Sure glad he quickly abandoned the idea to *flip* *the* *house* of *El* !
nice touch of music too
All in all, Bryan Singer did an "alright" tribute movie to Superman Returns. It's not bad and neither was it good. However, I appreciate the effort of all those involved in making it. This scene was actually meaningful as a start after the introduction text. At least the Director's Cut made the movie a whole lot more awesome than its theatrical version.
Yeah. I like the idea Singer was going for but its execution was flat. It just failed to accomplish anything.
***** Yeah, I agree...he should have just stuck to his X-Men franchise like how Christopher Nolan stuck to the Dark Knight and did it magnificently well with the trilogy.
There's a director's cut?!
The problem with the film was the terrible story, not the acting, CG or directing.
DELETED SCENE?!
I CAN´T BELIEVE
