Okay buddy: after maybe 5 or 6 tryouts for modeling a decent head, your tutorial was by far the easiest, most organized and cleanest of them all, and I've just got better results (for a begginer).
So thanks a lot for uploading.
Now I'm going for the ears.

    Great video! Thanks.
I have used blender for 20 years and today is the first time I ever used the knife tool.
    [Update]
LOL, the first time I did this, my head looked like a puppet.
The second time I did it, I intended on making a puppet, and it looked too realistic.

This tuto is amazing! I use blender for something like 1000h and I always get essues with human head. I was a bit septic at first because all the other tuto I saw used sculpt, but i don't regret to have invest my time in this tuto, it's so far the best and the easiest I have see. No sculpt, no painfull remesh XD and the mesh at the end is encredibly clean !

If you create the loops like that..its easier to animate the model. You can search "3D face loops" for more informations.. also you can start with those loops and connect them and create the face..
