  • Picked up my new James Tyler SE yesterday. Thanks so much to Jim and Rich. Plays and sounds amazing. One piece alder body, maple neck, two Seymour Duncan Hot Stacks, Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Allan Holdsworth 1982 Spec 59 Humbucker, Original Floyd Rose, Mid Boost, Preamp Bypass, Hot Stack Split, Neck/Bridge on buttons.

    Gorgeous guitar (congrats!) and Incredible tones! Been thinking about finding an SPX900.. how do you think it compares to the G Major/G Major II for pitch shift/detune?

      @@SSStinger6 That is a multi-layered extremely hi-gloss finish. Its the kind you'll only find on $200K sports cars, or Steinway pianos.
