Very dark and brooding I appreciate this. It does feel like a musicification of mental illness. It is great to have awareness of it, and to externalize it because by externalizing it you realize your mental illness is separate from your true self and your higher self. 🌞 🛸👽👋 Thanks for sharing this! Haha, I do resonate with the title. Although I don’t need to be my own worst enemy; I already have co-workers, “friends”, and relatives being my own worst enemy FOR me.
