Nice looking place ! - - My kind of place too & I would love it. Shredded beef Chimichangas are my favorite typically but ground is fine. Shredded has more actual beef flavor & less spices - you are correct ! Sometimes the beef 'quality' isn't as good as others ? - - - Was there AC in there for comfort or did people sweat ? --- Also - ? - '''why''' - no prices ?
