Satan is out to get us with any means necessary, stress, fear and anxiety. God has not given us a spirit of fear but a spirit of power, of love and of a sound mind 1 Timothy 1:7 I've experienced anxiety attacks, feeling ill, random pains all over but I know it's a ploy of the devil to entice me to doubt God andbor take my eyes (faith off of the almighty). But resist the devil, fear and anxiety with thoughts of trust in Jesus, praise him, thank him continually even when you're afraid. Ask Jesus to heal and help you in faith, keep your eyes on Jesus. Along with practical tips Eat well Sleep well Exercise Visit/talk with family or church memebers. Good bless and keep you.

Everything u say is biblical, not like other pastors who mixed truth with error, and twisting Bible text. I grew up in Churches that followed the teaching of the Catholic Church which did not follow the Bible.

The TEXTUS RECEPTUS is the most common and accurate ancient manuscripts of Scripture. The KJV and Geneva 1599 among others are based on these manuscripts. The new perversions of Scripture have many things removed and changed. (NIV, etc)

@marcus g read your verses and I love them but that doesnt change the fact of the verse that I gave you from Exodus 12:48-49. Back when the ‘nation’ of Israel was more like just Jacobs grandkids the Lord set in motion the terms necessary for someone to join the nation. Their faith in the Lord to commit to the things He said made them part of the nation. The people of God are the people that do as the Lord commands, whether their blood be from group a or group b.
Considering the times, its pretty exciting to discuss these subjects that we've taken for granted over the years. Clearly the daily sacrifice was for the remission of the sins of the people, and the sanctuary was cleansed at the end of the year on the day of atonement. Dan 9:27 Jesus causes the daily sacrifice to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations He shall make it desolate until the end and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. Jesus gave Himself once in the end of the world as the sacrifice for the sins of the world. The sanctuary is still cleansed on the day of atonement which is the last day. 1844 was not the last day. The battle of Beneventum won by Rome against Pyrrhus of Epirus in the Pyrrhic War was the first time Rome confronted the hellenistic armies and their victory in this battle in 275 BC gained the southern(Dan 8:9) half of Italy from Greece on their way around the Mediterranean. 275 BC + 2300 = 2026 AD. Blessed is he that waiteth and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days. Unto two thousand three hundred days, then shall the sanctuary BE cleansed. 2 Thes 2:4 & Dan 11:45. My experiences may help easily relate that message to people of similar experiences though. I believe the verse they are referring to is in Galatians chapter 2. If you read the whole chapter and then into 3 youll see (Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. -Galatians 3:7) the point Paul was getting at. For example, some people learn to play a song on the piano by reading music and some by repeating the sounds they heard when someone else played it but the song that both end up playing will be the same. God message doesn’t change but the way it is conveyed to you may be different. If you read Acts chapters 9-11 you’ll see where both Peter and Paul are called to go do Gods work. It may help.

Pastor, you talked a little bit about the church and their disbelief. (Matthew 21:43) but that would been a time to go into detail about the false church that ruled during the time as to what’s known as the dark ages. Because of the reformation of the when the Jews were expelled from Spain, they hired a man by the name of Christofer Columbus to take them to a place where that could worship God according to Gods instructions, honoring the Sabbath. These were the Pilgrims that came over to a new land on three different ships. They landed at Plymouth Rock in 1492. This is confirmed in the book of Revelation 12:14. I love Pastor Bachelor's teachings. I have a long ways to go in understanding. I do want to ask why Christ is portrayed as a fair skinned man. Jesus was semitic and I would think darker skinned with brown eyes. I think he should be portrayed that way.
You have forgotten about Abraham. Abraham's wife Sara was very fair Bible says. Her children can't be dark. Israelites are Abraham's descendants, by biological fact, Jesus is fair. He isn't dark skinned as you are claiming.

I have a few words of encouragement in the midst of what's going on. It might sound wierd, but it is for real and I thought that it would be important to say it. Its long because I've tried to and any faqs! Hopefully this will answer some of those nagging questions - Why can't evil be forgiven and let off, how is the whole "Jesus dying" thing really relevant to anything? To you? if you still have any questions let me know x Do you ever struggle? Or doubt that God Loves You After what you've done? Do you wonder if He even exists for that matter? Read this: Every one of us have lied, stolen (even tiny things count as stealing), spoken badly to our parents and had embarrassing and detestable thoughts in our thought life. The Bible calls this "sin", the breaking of God's laws. You might think, so what? Everyone lies and thinks bad things about others! Its human! You're right. That's exactly what the Bible says, we're "born into sin" and that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" - Romans 3:23 What is that "glory", morally speaking? Well, the opposite of human nature and desires. Not lying, not stealing, and having a perfect thought life is God's standard for us. But if its God's standard and we were made in "God's image", Why don't we meet it? Well, Remember Adam and Eve and when they sinned. Before sin they were perfect in thought word and DEED completely, but after the first sin occured due to Satan's tempting in the Garden, it destroyed that part of us that was morally perfect and in perfect harmony with God's morals, standard, and love. So while we kept certain things, the ability to be thinking individuals with unique personalities, the moral part (affecting how our thoughts, actions and personalities operate) was damaged. To the point where we are "opposed" to God, hence His nature and standards being the opposite of what we see as reasonable or possible. The Bible even makes it clear that "apart from God you can do nothing" - John 15:5. Without Him, it will 100% feel "opposite", unreasonable and alien to us. Only WITH Him can we gain victory in these things. Why doesn't God just let sin off and leave it? The Bible describes God as a "righteous judge", many wonder why God doesn't just let sin off and leave it, but He can't. Why? That's like a if a judge let off a murderer who broke the state law. Everyone would attack that judge and call Him corrupt, saying that he had not done right and should be fired for failing to punish the murderer for his evil. AND to completely love and be good as God is, means you need to, in turn, hate all forms of evil. You can't truly love good unless you hate the existence of evil. This means that God needed, as a righteous judge to punish sin with the ultimate penalty of death - expressing His hatred of evil - and separation from His presence forever. Hence Hell. "The soul that sins shall die (in Hell and suffer damnation)" - Ezekiel 18:20 But God, who is also love, did not want to see His creation tortured and cut off from Him. He cares so much for is that He couldn't bear to see us fall into Satans hands and suffer death, even though we broke the law and deserve to bear the guilt, pain and be cut off from perfection forever through damnation. Because of justice, God could not leave sin and evil unpunished, BUT because of LOVE, God provided someone else to take that punishment on our behalf, satisfying both justice (by punishing the evil committed), and love (by sparing OUR lives) despite our sin. God sent His own SON - think about that. His *Son*, the one whom He loved infinitely (the same way He loves us). God allowed Him to take the pain we deserved, He took ALL of Gods wrath for every single sin you and I have committed. He was punished brutally and completely as if He was the picture of mankind's sin itself so that we do not have to be punished. Back in the courtroom scenario: He paid the "fine" at His own expense (His life had to be morally perfect on this Earth, then He had to be killed as a sinless sacrifice on our behalf). So when He returns to remove all evil from the face of the Earth, we can be spared and free because Christ has already BEEN punished on our behalf. He then rose again on the third day, conquering not only life and sin and temptation, but DEATH. "I am the resurrection and the life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live (immortally and eternally in Heaven when I return)" - John 11:25,26 ALL we have to do is accept it by faith. Faith alone in Christ alone. Religion = rules to be saved The gospel = Christ saved us already we just have to believe it by faith. If you lack faith (as I did before), pray. He will make it strong it time. Trust Him as you would trust those close to you. He knows you even better than that. He created you and knows you inside out. ...WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? What does it actually mean for us? It means we can be completely free from the penalty of damnation. Not only that but we can be restored to Him and recreated into His moral image AGAIN as long as we accept Jesus having paid the price for us and accept Him as our Lord, the one who is in the front seat of our lives. He has a plan for your life, He's created you for a purpose. Just remember that. A purpose that includes being recreated into His image, one you can only accomplish through Him and reliance on His power and by following HIS way of life. What does this new way of life entail? It entails love, true love and service and aid to others, to "love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength" and "love your neighbour as you love yourself" Matthew 22:37, 39. Sharing the message of Christ's death, resurrection and soon return on this Earth to give justice OR mercy depending on what the person chose. Sound "opposite" again? God knows it sounds opposite, which is why, as The Bible states, this is NOT something we can do alone. It's not in our nature. We need a new nature in the front seat, and the first step is to repent (turn from and reject our sin, pursuing the opposite direction and drawing close to God) Christ will give us an actual DESIRE to do these things. Through the Holy Spirit, sent by Him to us after the ascension. He speaks to us through thoughts of love and truth and conviction, verses, ideas, prayers and He guides us so that we gain a desire to follow God and be able to do these "opposite" things through Him. "With man it is impossible, but with God, NOTHING is impossible!" - Matthew 19:26 What is the way FOR though? Firstly its to save you from sin - the only way to gain victory over sin and not have it as your master is through having Christ as your master and following His aid to resist the devil's temptations. Christ lived down here for 33 years suffering EVERY FORM of temptation that you have ever faced - "who in every respect [has] been tempted as we are, yet without sin" Hebrews 4:15. Therefore He is able to help us through our struggles. When the devil knows people have left his camp, he always tries harder with more temptations and evil attacks. BUT - His way is also there to guard and teach you daily in the midst of this (and despite this) sinful, selfish world. The path He wants you to walk is a path of committment and love - its not about rules and regulations to save us - what Christ did GAVE us salvation. All we need is faith. The rest, the "fruits of good works (the will to obey and follow Him)", are what come through true, maturing faith. It's all about faith and the relationship God wants with you just like before sin arrived. God preferred His own Son to be tortured And *killed* to give a chance to us (who broke His law of perfection) so that we can live as His children again. He wants us to love and trust and worship Him. What if I still find myself sinning after I have accepted Christ? That's why Christ died, For our sin. His death doesn't fix us in a snap like that, but it does protect us from the damnation that our past, present and future sins would bring without Jesus. It's a process - a lifelong process - of God bringing you back to Him, away from the destructive pleasures of sin (greed, selfish temptations, trampling on people to gain). This process takes a *lifetime*, as it does for all, but NEVER give up, when you fall, know Christ paid for that sin you committed already - just acknowledge your sin and ask for forgiveness - and you can get back up again because He already bore your guilt and shame. Regardless of the darkness you are in or the extent or frequency of the sins you have committed or will commit, regardless of how doubtful you may feel, know that Jesus UNDERSTANDS completely and He is faithful. "those who come to Me, I will by no means cast out" - John 6:37 ...HOW DO I LEARN MORE? Don't know where to start? Note down the Gospel of "John", or "Luke" (if you want a more detailed account of it all). Remember that He will "NEVER - and that means never - leave you, NOR forsake you" - Deuteronomy 31:6 Regardless of what goes on down here, God knows, Jesus has been down here and felt all the emotions you are feeling. You can go to Him with them and be assured that He loves you and is for you. Even in the storm, God is still there, walking on the water alongside you! Keep your heart open to Him and remember that if we pray for Christ to enter our lives, He will. "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only begotten Son, that whomever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life". - John 3:16 Thanks for reading if you did. Pastor Doug - the most holy in Daniel 9: 24 is not Jesus it is referring to the -most holy place, Christ is mentioned in verse 25 as the anointed one because Messiah means anointed one.
Sending out the lamb to azazel, after the people have laid their hands on it as a sin offering is in the bible for sure. The lamb was sent out into the desert.

William miller misunderstood it and taught it was about the earth but after seeing that Christ didn’t return he went back and study more and realize it was about the sanctuary in heaven

The flesh accounts for nothing. No one can come to the Father but by Jesus and Jesus said no one can come to Me unless the Father enables him. Ellen white said one person would be here in the second return that knows all things. She knew that because of the book of revelations. The story of the prositute/ harlot. I am the harlot. No other woman in the world can explain what it was like being a prositute , leaving her first love. Since 2017 I have had to live out the book of revelations. I also know who the true Elijah is. Along with the greater Solomon Mathew 12 42 speaks. I was here to listen to the wisdom of the greater Solomon and I did. I fully awakened and know the return has happened and we are half way through tribulation. The book of revelations is not speaking of a ordinary love. It's speaking of a super natural love where two heart beats as one. Where you know each other's thoughts ,prayers and dreams. It's a love I can not put into words.
What weird replies is Pastor Doug sending the people? How many times have you read the bible thru from front to back or do you just take the sun day preacher's word for what the bible teaches. I would bet that you never have even read the bible thru even one time. There is no telling how many times Pastor Doug has read the bible thru and thru, he can quote bible verses from all chapters in the bible. First accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; confess that He suffered and died for your sins on the cross. Then start repenting of your sins because we all have sinned and transgressed God's laws. Read the received texts like KJV and keep God's 10 Laws which includes Sabbath (resting from Friday Sunset until Saturday Sunset[7th day{Genesis 2:2-3}]). The Bible teaches that thee Antichrist is the Papacy. The mark of the beast is Forced Sunday rest & the banning of Sabbath [7th day] Rest. It takes courage to be in the army of Christ. The battle lines are drawn: you either choose God by keeping Sabbath or Satan by keeping Sunday. We will go through persecution and tribulation and Satan isn’t stupid, don’t underestimate Him; He can transform himself into an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14): He won’t be coming in like some angel of darkness and his ministers of darkness will portray themselves as ministers of righteousness. Satan is showing all this evil to then come in as the good guy for you to join in unity in error-but you’ll think you’ll be worshipping God. Satan uses a lot of truth and mixes a little bit of error for your destruction. People will think they’re doing God’s work when they persecute God’s Sabbath keeping people. My brothers and sisters in Christ in the Catholic Church, those in Sunday keeping churches and for people that don’t know Jesus but are looking for the way, the life and truth-please come out of Babylon and repent of your sins before it's too late! But don't trust what I say; read and study the Bible to find out. I know what I said sounds harsh, I’m not trying to be, and I mean this with the upmost respect and kindness towards you and all of God’s beautiful creation of mankind-both in the body of Christ and outside the body of Christ. Sabbath day was not created for Israel: As God's people they needed to keep His Law's because God chose them. It was created before Israel and it's for all mankind who choose the True Living God, through His only begotten Son Jesus Christ. Us Christians call Jesus King, which He is: A King has laws for His kingdom; 10 Perfect Laws our God created, which includes Sabbath (A day He sanctified, so you can’t say there’s any day of the week to rest with God: The day He set is the seventh day), and are part of His character. So if you choose Sunday rest when it's enforced (Mark of the beast) by the Antichrist (Roman Catholic Papacy-read Daniel 2&7&8 and Revelation 13 for information on the antichrist and the core of Bible Prophecy to understand):you are then breaking our Kings’ Laws. Keeping and resting on Sabbath along with, if you can congregate, always will mean you are choosing God and His authority in your life. Choosing Sunday now, since it hasn't been enforced, means you're knowingly or unknowingly choosing Satan's authority. But many will say, well Paul and the others broke bread on the first day of the week... Yeah you should worship God everyday and break bread with your brothers and sisters in Christ every once in a while, but Sabbath is the day of rest, hallowed and sanctified by God: The Seal to His Laws. The whole Bible says basically if you love God then keep his Commandments. Jesus died on the cross (Grace and Pardon) because we have sinned (transgressed His Law's[1 John 3:4]). So it's all about God's laws and Jesus saving us from our sin (His Sacrifice to pardon us and to save us for the Transgression of Gods’ Laws). Oh and yes, we are free from the Mosaic & Ceremonial laws when He died on the cross, but not God's Laws (Ten Commandments are in Exodus Chapter 20): we still keep them. We are saved by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ: We keep Gods’ Laws as a consequence of being saved. Love you, God bless.
The book of Daniel in the Old Testament is the key to truly understanding the Book of Revelation; make sure to remember that every day in prophecy equals a year (Ezekiel 4:6 & Numbers 14:34). I've experienced anxiety attacks, feeling ill, random pains all over but I know it's a ploy of the devil to entice me to doubt God andbor take my eyes (faith off of the almighty). But resist the devil, fear and anxiety with thoughts of trust in Jesus, praise him, thank him continually even when you're afraid. Ask Jesus to heal and help you in faith, keep your eyes on Jesus.

Sleep well
Exercise
Visit/talk with family or church memebers.

First accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; confess that He suffered and died for your sins on the cross. Then start repenting of your sins because we all have sinned and transgressed God's laws. Read the received texts like KJV and keep God's 10 Laws which includes Sabbath (resting from Friday Sunset until Saturday Sunset[7th day{Genesis 2:2-3}]). The Bible teaches that thee Antichrist is the Papacy. The mark of the beast is Forced Sunday rest & the banning of Sabbath [7th day] Rest. It takes courage to be in the army of Christ. The battle lines are drawn: you either choose God by keeping Sabbath or Satan by keeping Sunday. We will go through persecution and tribulation and Satan isn’t stupid, don’t underestimate Him; He can transform himself into an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14): He won’t be coming in like some angel of darkness and his ministers of darkness will portray themselves as ministers of righteousness. Satan is showing all this evil to then come in as the good guy for you to join in unity in error-but you’ll think you’ll be worshipping God. Satan uses a lot of truth and mixes a little bit of error for your destruction. People will think they’re doing God’s work when they persecute God’s Sabbath keeping people. My brothers and sisters in Christ in the Catholic Church, those in Sunday keeping churches and for people that don’t know Jesus but are looking for the way, the life and truth-please come out of Babylon and repent of your sins before it's too late! But don't trust what I say; read and study the Bible to find out. I know what I said sounds harsh, I’m not trying to be, and I mean this with the upmost respect and kindness towards you and all of God’s beautiful creation of mankind-both in the body of Christ and outside the body of Christ. Sabbath day was not created for Israel: As God's people they needed to keep His Law's because God chose them. It was created before Israel and it's for all mankind who choose the True Living God, through His only begotten Son Jesus Christ. Us Christians call Jesus King, which He is: A King has laws for His kingdom; 10 Perfect Laws our God created, which includes Sabbath (A day He sanctified, so you can’t say there’s any day of the week to rest with God: The day He set is the seventh day), and are part of His character. So if you choose Sunday rest when it's enforced (Mark of the beast) by the Antichrist (Roman Catholic Papacy-read Daniel 2&7&8 and Revelation 13 for information on the antichrist and the core of Bible Prophecy to understand):you are then breaking our Kings’ Laws. Keeping and resting on Sabbath along with, if you can congregate, always will mean you are choosing God and His authority in your life. Choosing Sunday now, since it hasn't been enforced, means you're knowingly or unknowingly choosing Satan's authority. But many will say, well Paul and the others broke bread on the first day of the week... Yeah you should worship God everyday and break bread with your brothers and sisters in Christ every once in a while, but Sabbath is the day of rest, hallowed and sanctified by God: The Seal to His Laws. The whole Bible says basically if you love God then keep his Commandments. Jesus died on the cross (Grace and Pardon) because we have sinned (transgressed His Law's[1 John 3:4]). So it's all about God's laws and Jesus saving us from our sin (His Sacrifice to pardon us and to save us for the Transgression of Gods’ Laws). Oh and yes, we are free from the Mosaic & Ceremonial laws when He died on the cross, but not God's Laws (Ten Commandments are in Exodus Chapter 20): we still keep them. We are saved by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ: We keep Gods’ Laws as a consequence of being saved. Love you, God bless.
The book of Daniel in the Old Testament is the key to truly understanding the Book of Revelation; make sure to remember that every day in prophecy equals a year (Ezekiel 4:6 & Numbers 14:34). Book of Revelation is a chiasmus {[Looks like this(\/)](\Historical&Eschatological/)}also; this information will help you to understand the makeup of the way Revelation is written, along with The Book of Daniel. Everything u say is biblical, not like other pastors who mixed truth with error, and twisting Bible text. I was blessed to find a church that had someone who knew Prophecy almost as good as you.

The TEXTUS RECEPTUS is the most common and accurate ancient manuscripts of Scripture. The KJV and Geneva 1599 among others are based on these manuscripts. The new perversions of Scripture have many things removed and changed. (NIV, etc)

@marcus g read your verses and I love them but that doesnt change the fact of the verse that I gave you from Exodus 12:48-49. Back when the ‘nation’ of Israel was more like just Jacobs grandkids the Lord set in motion the terms necessary for someone to join the nation. Their faith in the Lord to commit to the things He said made them part of the nation. The people of God are the people that do as the Lord commands, whether their blood be from group a or group b.
We are the temple
Considering the times, its pretty exciting to discuss these subjects that we've taken for granted over the years. Clearly the daily sacrifice was for the remission of the sins of the people, and the sanctuary was cleansed at the end of the year on the day of atonement. Dan 9:27 Jesus causes the daily sacrifice to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations He shall make it desolate until the end and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. Jesus gave Himself once in the end of the world as the sacrifice for the sins of the world. The sanctuary is still cleansed on the day of atonement which is the last day. 1844 was not the last day. The battle of Beneventum won by Rome against Pyrrhus of Epirus in the Pyrrhic War was the first time Rome confronted the hellenistic armies and their victory in this battle in 275 BC gained the southern(Dan 8:9) half of Italy from Greece on their way around the Mediterranean. 275 BC + 2300 = 2026 AD. Dan 12:11-12 The daily sacrifice was taken away from the first temple in 600 BC(2 Kings 24:12-16, Dan 1:2) 600 BC + 1290 = 691 AD when the dome of the rock was erected on the temple mount standing where it ought not(where the 1st and 2nd temples once stood), + 1335 = 2026 AD. Blessed is he that waiteth and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days. Unto two thousand three hundred days, then shall the sanctuary BE cleansed. 2 Thes 2:4 & Dan 11:45. Jesus is our Lord and Savior Isa 64:8.

Is there a gospel for jews and a different gospel for Gentiles. Please provide scripture because someone sent me a a verse where paul says he has the gospel of the Gentiles and Peter has the gospel of the Jews. It's in Galatians. 😊

Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: -Acts 10:34
Peter was given the job to preach to the gentiles but it wasn’t a different message. Paul was given the job to preach to the jews but it was not a different message. God doesn’t care where your from, His message is the same, we’re sinners and we need salvation and that salvation can only come through Jesus Christ. My experiences may help easily relate that message to people of similar experiences though.
I believe the verse they are referring to is in Galatians chapter 2. If you read the whole chapter and then into 3 youll see (Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. -Galatians 3:7) the point Paul was getting at.
For example, some people learn to play a song on the piano by reading music and some by repeating the sounds they heard when someone else played it but the song that both end up playing will be the same. God message doesn’t change but the way it is conveyed to you may be different. If you read Acts chapters 9-11 you’ll see where both Peter and Paul are called to go do Gods work. It may help.

Pastor, you talked a little bit about the church and their disbelief. (Matthew 21:43) but that would been a time to go into detail about the false church that ruled during the time as to what’s known as the dark ages. Because of the reformation of the when the Jews were expelled from Spain, they hired a man by the name of Christofer Columbus to take them to a place where that could worship God according to Gods instructions, honoring the Sabbath. These were the Pilgrims that came over to a new land on three different ships. They landed at Plymouth Rock in 1492. This is confirmed in the book of Revelation 12:14. You completely shipped over that point. I’ve spent many years diving into this subject of America real history. I don’t know how to do a quick link shortcut on a tablet. I love Pastor Bachelor's teachings. I have a long ways to go in understanding. I do want to ask why Christ is portrayed as a fair skinned man. Jesus was semitic and I would think darker skinned with brown eyes. I think he should be portrayed that way.
You have forgotten about Abraham. Abraham's wife Sara was very fair Bible says. Her children can't be dark. Israelites are Abraham's descendants, by biological fact, Jesus is fair. He isn't dark skinned as you are claiming.

Baptism is a symbol Christ's (1) death, (2) burial, and (3) resurrection. You must accept this symbol before men. Jesus again said, if you deny anyone deny me before men, him I will deny before My Father.
Denying to be baptize is denial of the Christ; surely Christ will deny him/her before the Father.

Do you ever struggle? Or doubt that God Loves You After what you've done? Do you wonder if He even exists for that matter? Read this:
Every one of us have lied, stolen (even tiny things count as stealing), spoken badly to our parents and had embarrassing and detestable thoughts in our thought life. The Bible calls this "sin", the breaking of God's laws. You might think, so what? Everyone lies and thinks bad things about others! Its human!
You're right. That's exactly what the Bible says, we're "born into sin" and that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" - Romans 3:23
What is that "glory", morally speaking?
Well, the opposite of human nature and desires.
Not lying, not stealing, and having a perfect thought life is God's standard for us.
But if its God's standard and we were made in "God's image", Why don't we meet it?
Well, Remember Adam and Eve and when they sinned. Before sin they were perfect in thought word and DEED completely, but after the first sin occured due to Satan's tempting in the Garden, it destroyed that part of us that was morally perfect and in perfect harmony with God's morals, standard, and love. So while we kept certain things, the ability to be thinking individuals with unique personalities, the moral part (affecting how our thoughts, actions and personalities operate) was damaged. To the point where we are "opposed" to God, hence His nature and standards being the opposite of what we see as reasonable or possible. The Bible even makes it clear that "apart from God you can do nothing" - John 15:5. Without Him, it will 100% feel "opposite", unreasonable and alien to us. Only WITH Him can we gain victory in these things.
Why doesn't God just let sin off and leave it?
The Bible describes God as a "righteous judge", many wonder why God doesn't just let sin off and leave it, but He can't. Why? That's like a if a judge let off a
murderer who broke the state law. Everyone would attack that judge and call Him corrupt, saying that he had not done right and should be fired for failing to punish the murderer for his evil. AND to completely love and be good as God is, means you need to, in turn, hate all forms of evil. You can't truly love good unless you hate the existence of evil.
This means that God needed, as a righteous judge to punish sin with the ultimate penalty of death - expressing His hatred of evil - and separation from His presence forever. Hence Hell.
"The soul that sins shall die (in Hell and suffer damnation)" - Ezekiel 18:20
But God, who is also love, did not want to see His creation tortured and cut off from Him. He cares so much for is that He couldn't bear to see us fall into Satans hands and suffer death, even though we broke the law and deserve to bear the guilt, pain and be cut off from perfection forever through damnation.
Because of justice, God could not leave sin and evil unpunished, BUT because of LOVE, God provided someone else to take that punishment on our behalf, satisfying both justice (by punishing the evil committed), and love (by sparing OUR lives) despite our sin.
God sent His own SON - think about that. His *Son*, the one whom He loved infinitely (the same way He loves us).
God allowed Him to take the pain we deserved, He took ALL of Gods wrath for every single sin you and I have committed. He was punished brutally and completely as if He was the picture of mankind's sin itself so that we do not have to be punished.
Back in the courtroom scenario: He paid the "fine" at His own expense (His life had to be morally perfect on this Earth, then He had to be killed as a sinless sacrifice on our behalf).
So when He returns to remove all evil from the face of the Earth, we can be spared and free because Christ has already BEEN punished on our behalf. He then rose again on the third day, conquering not only life and sin and temptation, but DEATH.
"I am the resurrection and the life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live (immortally and eternally in Heaven when I return)" - John 11:25,26
ALL we have to do is accept it by faith. Faith alone in Christ alone.
Religion = rules to be saved
The gospel = Christ saved us already we just have to believe it by faith. If you lack faith (as I did before), pray. He will make it strong it time. Trust Him as you would trust those close to you. He knows you even better than that. He created you and knows you inside out.
...WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
What does it actually mean for us?
It means we can be completely free from the penalty of damnation.
Not only that but we can be restored to Him and recreated into His moral image AGAIN as long as we accept Jesus having paid the price for us and accept Him as our Lord, the one who is in the front seat of our lives. He has a plan for your life, He's created you for a purpose. Just remember that. A purpose that includes being recreated into His image, one you can only accomplish through Him and reliance on His power and by following HIS way of life.
What does this new way of life entail?
It entails love, true love and service and aid to others, to "love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength" and "love your neighbour as you love yourself" Matthew 22:37, 39.
Sharing the message of Christ's death, resurrection and soon return on this Earth to give justice OR mercy depending on what the person chose.
Sound "opposite" again?
God knows it sounds opposite, which is why, as The Bible states, this is NOT something we can do alone. It's not in our nature.
We need a new nature in the front seat, and the first step is to repent (turn from and reject our sin, pursuing the opposite direction and drawing close to God)
Christ will give us an actual DESIRE to do these things. Through the Holy Spirit, sent by Him to us after the ascension. He speaks to us through thoughts of love and truth and conviction, verses, ideas, prayers and He guides us so that we gain a desire to follow God and be able to do these "opposite" things through Him.
"With man it is impossible, but with God, NOTHING is impossible!" - Matthew 19:26
What is the way FOR though?
Firstly its to save you from sin - the only way to gain victory over sin and not have it as your master is through having Christ as your master and following His aid to resist the devil's temptations.
Christ lived down here for 33 years suffering EVERY FORM of temptation that you have ever faced - "who in every respect [has] been tempted as we are, yet without sin" Hebrews 4:15.
Therefore He is able to help us through our struggles. When the devil knows people have left his camp, he always tries harder with more temptations and evil attacks. BUT - His way is also there to guard and teach you daily in the midst of this (and despite this) sinful, selfish world.
The path He wants you to walk is a path of committment and love - its not about rules and regulations to save us - what Christ did GAVE us salvation.
All we need is faith.
The rest, the "fruits of good works (the will to obey and follow Him)", are what come through true, maturing faith. It's all about faith and the relationship God wants with you just like before sin arrived.
God preferred His own Son to be tortured And *killed* to give a chance to us (who broke His law of perfection) so that we can live as His children again. He wants us to love and trust and worship Him.
What if I still find myself sinning after I have accepted Christ?
That's why Christ died, For our sin. His death doesn't fix us in a snap like that, but it does protect us from the damnation that our past, present and future sins would bring without Jesus.
It's a process - a lifelong process - of God bringing you back to Him, away from the destructive pleasures of sin (greed, selfish temptations, trampling on people to gain). This process takes a *lifetime*, as it does for all, but NEVER give up, when you fall, know Christ paid for that sin you committed already - just acknowledge your sin and ask for forgiveness - and you can get back up again because He already bore your guilt and shame.
Regardless of the darkness you are in or the extent or frequency of the sins you have committed or will commit, regardless of how doubtful you may feel, know that Jesus UNDERSTANDS completely and He is faithful.
"those who come to Me, I will by no means cast out" - John 6:37

Remember that He will "NEVER - and that means never - leave you, NOR forsake you" - Deuteronomy 31:6
Regardless of what goes on down here, God knows,
Jesus has been down here and felt all the emotions you are feeling.
You can go to Him with them and be assured that He loves you and is for you.
Even in the storm, God is still there, walking on the water alongside you!
Keep your heart open to Him and remember that if we pray for Christ to enter our lives, He will.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only begotten Son, that whomever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life". - John 3:16

Pastor Doug - the most holy in Daniel 9: 24 is not Jesus it is referring to the -most holy place, Christ is mentioned in verse 25 as the anointed one because Messiah means anointed one.
Sending out the lamb to azazel, after the people have laid their hands on it as a sin offering is in the bible for sure. The lamb was sent out into the desert.
What about in Luke about the rich man being in hell??

How many times have you read the bible thru from front to back or do you just take the sun day preacher's word for what the bible teaches. I would bet that you never have even read the bible thru even one time. There is no telling how many times Pastor Doug has read the bible thru and thru, he can quote bible verses from all chapters in the bible. So you better listening to his messages instead of condemning him for something that you don't know anything about.
