Loved Tell Her Story and I also have the excellent State of New Testament Studies by Gupta. His writing is academic yet so approachable - a dream, really! So pleased he's as prolific as he is Thanks!! And congrats again on 1000 subs!
Nijay's book sounds like an excellent companion to Larry Hurtado's "Destroyer of the gods: Early Christian Distinctiveness in the Roman World" (2016). Hurtado also argues that 'Christians' were truly seen as oddballs within their original context. It's a book I've been meaning to re-read. I'm sure it will be in the Nijay's bibliography. (Gupta's SOTB edition of Galatians is being very well received)
Congratulations on 1k subscribers
