@@appalachianknifereviews how has the edge held up since you had them? We’ll never know what steel they actually use but it must be at least AUS-8/D2 me thinks…
You should get a cheap set of hardness testers, the ones that scratch the steel at various rockwell hardness levels.
Would make for great content.
Is it sharp? If it's sharp then it must be a clone.
