Ozark Trail makes a great knife for so cheap. I used to use mine ($8) walking trails, whittling and bushcraft. They keep an edge well and you get a whole lot of value.

Is the problem with the demko only the sharpness ? How smooth and quick to open and close is it ? And is the shark lock smoothe?
@tolkner8852 I don't feel like it's smooth at all in my opinion. Feels clunky. I've had enough people ask I'll make a video of just it soon.

Kershaw is owned by Kai, a Japanese company.. I bought a few of the Chinese versions of both USA models and China models. They are great and I struggle to tell the difference between the real and the "fake".

Was sold out yesterday evening on the website. Fk.
I have been to 3 Walmart stores in my area since yesterday. None of them have them.
They come and go.
It just showed up suggested for me and I bought it immediately.
Went and picked one up yesterday as a work beater. The thing has better action then some of my $100+ knives. Buttery smooth and the crossbar lock is dialed in perfectly. I wonder who the oem is for this knife.
The action is fantastic. If I can find another one local I am going to do a tear down video just so we can see exactly what is inside. I don't think it will be earth shattering info but haven't seen anyone do it yet.

My Walmart had 6 and I got 2.Threw one in my truck console so I don't have to thrash my good edcs...only knife I own where the lanyard and bead cost more than the knife.
Yeah they sell out the side autos on there too their listed as button lock or button opening knives and they do that because Amazon won't allow a auto to be sold on the platform if they know that's what it is 😊 there are also gravity knives on there one I remember is called the carrot knife 😊 Idk about the quality of them though 🤷🏻♂️

They're sold out everywhere but I got lucky and found one at my local Walmart. Hella sharp out the box. Instantly my favorite new knife. I like it more than my Benchmade bug-out and I'm not afraid to use it because it's $10.

The knife community is honestly so bogus why you ask? Because they do nothing but bandwagon one day the best knife is a 400 microtech and then the next day a 10 dollar knife is the best edc knife like bro just buy what you want a knife is a knife 20 dollar or 200 it doesn’t matter buy a sharpener and you will never need anything else it’s just consumer mindset I get it if you like to buy knives but jeez it’s annoying.
Especially when they smack talk knives that are worth 40 to 60 and they’re as good as a 500 dollar knife in terms of usage.

@Skeetacus3 ah I gotcha. I can afford expensive knives in small doses. Anything about $250 though and I can't really justify it. I'd rather buy a new firearm when we get into that kind of money.

Purchased my first one on Wednesday August 21st. Loved it so much and I got a second one this morning Saturday August 24th. This will most definitely be the best budget knife of 2024 without any doubt. I still love my BENCHMADE BUGOUT 535 though.

I enjoyed your video , I too have purchased many Temu knives,Gerber,Sog,and cold steel knock offs.Every knife I bought for the price,has been worth it.We buy knives for the aesthetic looks and purpose.Brand names aren't what they used to be,companies buying out companies,designs USA, parts foreign,assembly some USA some overseas thats why prices go up.A good knife is a good knife.
The Teemu knives from before are not the same as now the majority of the knives are shipped from local places and Amazon sellers so they have to be a little bit better it's hard to find a knife on Temu that is shipped from China anymore in fact my last order was delivered by amazon. 😅
Let me add they are still made in China just that they are shipped and stored here before being delivered

It's not the best knife ever but it's good for what it is especially for the price. It's form factor and materials check off alot of boxes for alot of people.
