I am so excited for mine to arrive and be my CR18-P Rock Van's sibling! I will say that brass wheels and grippy tires made the Rock Van an unstoppable beast for the price, so I imagine doing the same with the Fury Wagon will be just as awesome. Thank you so much for your detailed technical explanation of F.O.C.--so helpful!
Well, I have a Element Trailwalker, 1/10 scale, and a Associated CR12, 1/12 scale, so I've been looking at a smaller scale, not sure if I want to go 1/18 or 1/24. Maybe both? Lol. Really like the Bronco body on the both the Traxxas and the Axial, will have to see. Unfortunately not much going on for the crawling scene in eastern NC, so we'll see.
'Chevy' connector is a Molex 51005...happy crawling. I have a blue one arriving tomorrow. It looks like it will conquer the Peak District. happy crawling
Fantastic comparison video! Reading or listening to folks talk about brushless motors, gearing, throttle control, weight, CoG, etc, can get a bit overwhelming. But to see it demonstrated in a simple, fairly controlled, comparison said more than a ton of explaining ever could do. And that FoC system made more sense compared to a crawler without it. So bravo for your video! Was the success of the Cayman and FX118 directly attributed to their Furitek systems or did the design of their chassis and body also play a large role? I have a TRX4M Defender as a trail rig but would love to get a dedicated 1/18 crawler. Despite it's bumpers, I wish I could combine the funky Rock Van body with the Fx118 chassis. Thanks for your informative videos. Glad I subscribed! Now lemme go order some Soldersticks.....
Wow new technology in that little toy. Like the spinning motor. That's awesome. You guys have the tools and gadgets you need. New and modern high end technology there at your fingertips.
Hey RC Girl. When the embargo lifted on the Fury Wagon I got spammed with videos from all the usual suspects but nothing came up on my suggested from you. Until today that is when I searched for the Fury Wagon specifically. I also realised I had been watching your videos without being subscribed (I fixed that and clicked the bell!). This is IMO one of the best reviews out there on the Furitek FX118. The comparisons etc must have taken a lot of work (as a reviewer I know how long this stuff takes) so thank you for the video and all the work you do. I have a discount code to get one of these so I am going to get one and see what all the fuss is about for myself. Pretty sure there are no reviews from the UK yet so I will sort that out! Thank you again, maybe if you have a spare moment ( I doubt you do) you could come check out my reviews. according to Matt from Scale Builders Guild "This is brilliant" TTFN xxx 😘
That's sad putting the fcx24 up against all those 18th scale rigs. That power wagon (with a gladiator stretch set up) (and new tyres)will destroy the others. Just saying
Thanx for the love of my comment when I've gotten together with other rc enthusiasts I'd not seen a women unless it's some guys wife or whatever it's just nice to see a women into this hobby realm how'd you get started in it
@@huffingearoil Yes I do agree for the gear included is well past the rtr quality we typically see available, but with a different body and magnetic or snap mounts underneath would be neat. With that in mind even tiny 1:76 come with clip body mounts, and it's a cool trend that should be standard and without holes in the body✌️
I think what I enjoy most about crawling is the challenge to make it up a line that you wouldn’t think a vehicle should be able to. Crawling can be a very relaxing experience also. Just watching the RC articulate and flex is very cool. Competition crawling is a lot of fun also because your in a race against time, your competitors and making the lines. Trailing is a great way to still drive RC while going for a walk and enjoying nature with friends and family.
J'adore, on plusieur fois exactement le même vehicule de merde pour m'être en valeur celui de traxxas.... Frenchement essayer de cacher un peut vos pot de vin de la part de traxxas... Ça devient écœurant

I like the way the Cayman pro and the Fx118 oscillates up over the course. Awesome comparison vid!

That frame is magnificent. I would like to see something like that come stock with larger scale Axials or Traxxas crawlers.

Those Soldersticks work GREAT.
Wonderful product.
ironically I started getting ads for these AFTER I learned how to solder haha
Thank you for the video. I would love to see a similar comparison to the new FMS FCX18

Not for nothing but TIRES TIRES TIRES perhaps could've made some differences in the comparo.
Loved your simple explanation of FOC! Great review! Thx

I would love to see this done again with the fms fcx 18 and the redcat ascent 1/18!
Good video! I know that I'm going to get one but not sure when.
How does the FX118 compare to the TRX4M High Trail in terms of performance? Is the FX118 water resistant?
FX118 is not water resistant due to the outrunner motor
Looks like you maybe had the hitch on the trx4m so that didn’t help with the last crawl.
Will you adding cr-18p evo pro there?
Shame you're across the pond you would love our indoor minicrawler course probably the biggest scaled course in Europe
Great video thanks for the comparison
Looks like a great rc for the price I would buy one👍
Awesome comparison, TY.
I love your costume cars and content and you as well
Awesome video! Very informative. Thanks
Excellent video… yer getting pretty good at this 🤙🏽
great review thank for that
Is it fair to compare different scale cars?
It was very helpful👍
very good review
I bet the TRX4m high trail would do better than the regular TRX4m. That pro made all the obstacles look like Childs play. Great video as always.

I don’t see the FCX18 cruiser , I can’t take this comparison seriously

Very nice Video😊🎉💪🏼
salut très beau fury wagon
I wish your videos had a better resolution
Ótimo canal, um belo vídeo.... (BRAZIL)
I didn't know lady's liked rc good to see alot of testosterone in this hobby
fms suzuki jimny
Furitek, noted for their high prices...that's why I never bought one..
200 bucks and uses body pins. Pass😮
You are paying for high end electronics, lcg chassis and oil filled shocks which makes it WELL worth $200

I never understood people who got into crawlers... To me it's like watching paint dry lol
Its way more fun to drive them instead of just watching them
A huge draw to them is building and customization
Crawlers are cheaper to run and fun too.
They are actually fun
