How to Make PERFECT Korean Short Ribs ! | LA Galbi |엘에이갈비😊😋

  • Ingredients:
    5 lbs. short ribs
    2C water
    1C soy sauce
    1C cooking wine
    1/2C sugar
    1 large green onion
    1 pear
    1 onion
    10 cloves garlic
    2Tf sesame oil
    1t ground pepper
    a bit of ginger and green onions
    재료들:
    LA갈비 2.5 킬로, 물 2컵, 간장 1컵, 청주 1컵, 설탕 반컵, 배 1개, 양파 1개, 대파 1개, 마늘 10개, 생강 조금, 참기름 2큰술, 후추 1작은술, 쪽파 조금
    Korean Short Ribs Recipe | Marinated Grilled Ribs | LA Galbi
    Step 1:
    Rinse short ribs 2 to 3 times. Place the clean ribs in a bowl and pour 2 liters of Sprite into the ribs. Leave the ribs to sit in the Sprite for around 30 minutes.
    Step 2:
    Making LA Galbi sauce: In the blender, put chopped pear, chopped onions, garlic, a bit of ginger, and 1 cup of water. Grind them. Then drain well. In this sauce, add 1 cup of: water, soy sauce, cooking wine, 1/2 of sugar, 2 Tbsp of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of ground pepper.
    Step 3:
    Place the meat into the prepared sauce and mix them well.
    Step 4: Grilling

    나도 담엔 핏물 뺄때 사이다에 담가봐야겠네요.
    언제나 시원시원하고 빠르게 맛 있는

    can i use pork rib instead of beef rib in this recipe.....

    I love that you have Costco! Do you ever find short ribs in Korea that are thicker that can be grilled over fire?

      Yes! When I go to Costco in Korea, there are both American and Korean products, so I like the varieties on the food shopping. I can easily buy short ribs that are thicker and can be grilled over fire from Korean mart or Costco. Thank you so much for your question!

      That's a very sharp question! The amount of soy sauce in the video was a little more than 1 cup. When I cooked, I thought the short ribs were a bit salty. So, I thought it would be good to use a cup, and that's why I wrote a cup. I'm sorry I couldn't explain it in advance. Thank you so much for asking me the good question!
