Products like this usually aren't BG friendly. Not surprised it doesn't work too well for type 4 hair. May have to blow dry it first too. 👩🏾🦱🤷🏾♀️
I purchased it and did love it, only thing is I took it on a trip and it did not would not turn on no matter how many times I tried to reset it. Had to buy a 20 dollars hairdryer, which makes me wonder what's the point if it's going to fail me when I most need it.

I bought the Dyson Air Straight recently. It did dry nice, but broke after only 1 month...dysons customer service has been AWFUL!! They were supposed to send a new machine out once mine arrived. It's been over 2 weeks since tracking shows they received my machine and I've called twice to see whats going on. They just keep giving me the run around. Worst customer service ever. I can't believe I bought a $500 machine it broke within a month and now Dyson isn't doing anything to help me get my new machine. I'll NEVER buy anything from them ever again!!
It doesn't seem worth it
