You only need to go into options & click "show advanced crafting information". Then, when you hover over the crafting item, it shows how many you have crafted. The same goes for the cooking items.
As a fledgling stardew player, knowing this is immensely helpful. Thank you kindly.

As a new stardew player I just wanna say, I did this off the start without knowing what it meant. Always thought the amount crafted was always shown thanks for the information though!

As a person who already got all the achievements, this information is still helpful because I almost shed tears trying to get the craft master achievement and slowly crafting every item in the menu.
Fun fact, you technically don't need to go to the festival of ice to get the snowman rare crow, it has a very high chance to show up in the traveling cart during, 'and I may be slightly wrong about the seasons thing, this is just what I remember from my playthroughs', summer and fall.
Plus it's a thousand coins less.
Also shows up at the night market.
this is the achievement I dread having to get every time I do a perfection run, I hate tracking everything down and having to find all the different crafting ingredients
you can activate advanced crafting information to make it a little bit easier.

not that you need the advice at all, but for Qi's Prismatic grange challenge, joja cola is the cheapest blue item (you can get them one by one from the vending machine in the saloon), and cherry bombs work for red items (you can buy them from the dwarf). I feel like it's the easiest challenge to farm gems from
The only 2 achievements that I am missing are the prairie king achievements. Never going to get them so haven't even tried..
For me, the last thing i had craft, and the last thing i had to do for perfection was the item called the "Marble Brazier". I was one piece of marble away from achieving perfection. It took me _forever_ to find marble, and i had to crack a ton of geodes to do it 😓
That’s funny, my last thing I needed for perfection was also the marble brazier, because I forgot to buy the recipe. Luckily I already had hundreds of geodes to crack at that point.
I thought that was the last thing I needed for perfection but didn't get the achievement so I was really confused but then realized I never made wild bait

i used to have a few chest in which i kept every craftable item in order just to be able to check what i had already crafted
if you turn on advanced crafting information in the options menu it will tell you how many times you've crafted something! it also works for recipes

It's difficult because you almost have to plan from the start of a save file to do this, saving all the materials in rows and rows of chests to have on you in case you need them

for the prismatic jelly, you can just reset floor 81 over and over and it should spawn
Floor 5 is good too! Easy green slimes, and they spawn pretty well.

In my opinion, getting the gourmet chef is the hardest achievement especially when you’re super far into the game. For me, the last 2 recipes I have left until I 100% the game are surprise carp, and pink cake. This sucks because I’m far enough into the game where I have a ton of animals and a wife, so I can’t just spam sleep for a year cuz queen of sauce thinks I’m in y1 when I’m on y9 and BOTH OF THE RECIPES ARE IN Y2! And I’m in spring… so what’s your answer? Let all your pigs and ostriches out of the fence so they eat grass? Well… it’s like 11:30 when I’m typing this sooooo…
