- It's finally happened, Mumps has been caught dating the entire town! This is a new event that was added in the 1.3 multiplayer update. Apparently boyfriends and girlfriends don't like when you try and date everyone at once! Once they're at 10 hearts they confront you, with 2 different cutscenes for males and females. So what does this mean for the future?... Stardew Valley gameplay with my commentary as always!

Honestly being set back to 8 hearts is a pretty light punishment. I thought it would be much harsher, like when you tell Penny that you "hate kids" in the 8-heart event.
Yeah, I was expecting it to boot you right back to 0 hearts. If it was realistic, it would put you in the negative (I suspect most people IRL would be more favorably disposed towards a complete stranger than towards someone who played them like that).
and also when you say that Penny is only a friend to you (10 hearts event). That punishes you for 6 hearts
Yeah, honestly I would've liked Concerned Ape to keep up with the punishing choices, but I suppose I understand why he didn't make this event very punishing. Since most people with old save files got everyone to 10 hearts for the sake of wanting to be a 100% Completionist, it would be unfair to those who did this in the past to be punished now.

they only give you the cold shoulder for 1 week, then you can start dating them again, also if you have a Rabbit's foot in your inventory at the start of the event, the event is entirely different, you should video that change if you havn't already

ohh I met a dude like that in real life. Coworker. He to be fair had "only" two wives . idon't even know how h got married twice, that's straight up illegal. Had kids with both women and told them he was often on business trips (tell you what a call center agent rarely does those. I did two. and I was a trainer and helped getting the crew on a new location up to speed) I mean to be fair he would normally only make what he told his wives he would make. That you can easily make the tripple with sales he didn't say. He perfectly split the money though. 1/3 wife A 1/3 wife B 1/3 himself.
It was HILARIOUS when both ladies appeared in our call center. I only knew one of them and well they started shouting at each other first and then the fun began. I had to call security but my boss was like "I believe you have to take care of something" and send him out with these two.
You could hear them go at it for about two hours and no one was really able to concentrate.
What when durring the male marriage candidates cut scene if you can mention all the 10 heart events were they all make a advance on the player character and then they all screaming at each other like: "THE HELL STEALING MY MAIN SQUEEZE!?"
