Roughly a game a week, especially when many of the games take around an hour to complete? Even for 30 hour games, that's only like 4 hours a day. I mean if you take one weekend and play 8 hours a day, which really isn't that long for someone who is a gamer, so 16 hours, you could knock out 4 months worth of "games" and then have all that extra time to dedicate to some of the longer, harder games. And that's assuming you're not actually playing 10+ hours a day like a lot of these YT/streamer people do. My point is that you're very easily impressed 🙃
@mydogeatspuke that's really not the point, yes in a time persepective it's not that impressive, but in terms of perseverance it's absolutely insane, because 100% a game is 80% of the time not fun and grindy. But this guy did it for 100 games and some of them are just pointless, that's why it's an awsome achievement

As soon as I saw that you had gotten all of the achievements on TBOI, I knew that this was gonna be an impressive video. I have 500 on TBOI and have 1/3 of the achievements. Hats off to you man, you have officially reached god gamer status.
from the depths may be harder, but that’s because it’s obscure and really hard to learn (unless you like many, many tutorials) again, probably not. but its easiest achievement (beat the first faction on the easiest campaign difficulty) has ~1% completion rate
@@karotgamin790 @karotgamin790 just checked it out! it does seem really complicated. one thing of note is games that require a time grind and hours of guide viewing can't really compare towards more practical skill based things ex. precision, timing, enemy prioritization. achievement rarity may have some value, but it could also be due to being an obscure game as you mentioned.
@@pendencylol its skill based* *the darwinian way of murdering you over and over again until you get it right speaking from lots of experience, FTD took me ~200-500 hours to learn how to make things work, and not even optimally enough to use in combat. the skill’s mostly in how well you can build to the constraints you give yourself and how well your vehicles can do in their element. this game requires a sisyphusean level of dedication in order to play well. but, once you get over the learning cliff… its still hard because then you have to climb mount everest (beating the campaign). still fun all the way through

My eyes bugged out of my skull when I saw TF2. It's my most played game ever at over 2500 hours and I don't even have 2/3 of the achievements. You are INSANE for doing this.

This man did the unfathomable, 100% tf2. That game is the most miserable game to do so by a long shot as he very well explained himself. The fact that he did so is just as big of an achievement as doing it for 100 games, it’s that damn bad. Cudos to you Fokoe, I would’ve offed myself if I tried to do that😅
@@oddball1336 One of my friends plays Hearthstone, in which I heard that some of the achievements are extreme, potentially even impossible. There's an achievement for completing 10 battle passes, which by the time I'm writing this, I don't think they even reached a tenth battle pass (that feature was added just a few years ago from what he said), and there are multiple achievements that require you to complete a flawless run with every single class in some of the game modes available there (if I remember correctly, it's 12 wins without dying), and that's just a few of the hundreds of achievements it has. I don't know what Blizzard was doing when they decided it'd be a good idea to include achievements which are literally impossible to get, but from what he has shown me, it makes TF2 look tame in comparison.

Fun fact: the achievement shown in 13:50 is actually a reference to Simo Häyhä, more known as "White Death", an finnish sniper that targeted soviet soldiers in the winter and shot them with a sniper rifle (with no scope, so no light could reflect and expose him), all this while using an mostly white outfit to blend in with the snow (he also would put some snow in his mouth so he could aim better)
Regarding RE2 Remake, I'd actually argue that the achievement for beating the No Way Out scenario as part of the Ghost Survivors is more difficult than the ones for the Hardcore runs of Leon and Claire. There's a video guide on how to beat their campaigns on Hardcore and it genuinely made the experience much less unnerving and easy than one would think.

Finally got around to watching this, and MAN all I can say is amazing job. You have some severe dedication, going through the good, the bad, and the ugly of games to get every single achievement. I do sometimes sit down and fully complete some games, though most of the time they're easy or games I enjoy. I've only done a handful of games, like the Majora's Mask Remake, Link Between Worlds, Superflight, One Finger Death Punch 2, and a couple other games. I do know what some of that grind feels like though, as I've played Tribal Hunter and HOLY SHIT grinding for all the upgrades in the early release was horrible. Again, congratulations on this momentous achievement, I can only dream of having the time and dedication to even do something remotely close.
The Binding of Isaac is the first game I ever put triple digit hours into (almost 400). I was so excited for Rebirth that I tried to 100% it and I was something like 2 or 3 achievements away when they released Afterbirth, I then got back to just 5 achievements away and then they released Afterbirth+ and then I gave up, and then Repentance and now I'm at 38% completion and it makes me want to cry when I think about how I was at 96% once.

Good video, but I think you should've ranked these games over how fun they were to complete, rather than how hard, because a game's difficulty doesn't necessarily reflect it's overall quality, in fact, games like stray would suffer from being hard.
Modded Terraria doesn't disable achievements. That's how I had fun doing the fishing achievement. So many mods add crazy fishing-related things, I like the fisherman's soul from Fargo's Soul Mod
TK's favourite in DR2 isn't actually unobtainable it just requires a ridiculous rigamarole to get around the crashing bug after slicecycles, if the host quits out it will prompt an autosave for the other players including their event wins so what you do is have the host quit at Slicecycles until the other 8 events have been completed and saved then win Slicecycles, the game will still crash but the achievement will pop right before it does, that is the legitimate way to get that achievement on Steam I know I've done it, massive PITA but it works and requires no cheats.

as someone who has fully completed terraria, some of the achievements are definitely grind-y, but you can also do some cheesy shit like the angler quests on journey mode where you can manually speed through time and research all the fish so then you don’t have to actually grind out 200 days of fishing. also bring an end game character w/ a clentaminator to a new small world and purify it in a couple mins. idk i wouldn’t say it’s easy, but some of these grinds seem way way worse 🤷 also regardless, super great video! i 100%’d my watch time on it so let’s go gamers

Idk who talked you about the Witness but is actually a great puzzle game. Is pretty different to your classical puzzle game where you go from room to room and is more like a Metroidvania of knowledge about the puzzles mechanics, the more you know the more places you can go. It's not perfect, if you are musically deaf or color blind you are basically locked away from two areas. It also has a few pretty bs/annoying puzzles, but just like a good Metroidvania you are not forced to complete everything to get to the end. Just going through the main parts of the game is a blast. Also going trought the world is pretty relaxing on itself.
Every time I see my brother or just some random kid playing or watching Mark's playthrough of Getting Over it with Bennet Foddy I get Path of Pain PTSD while on the flipside I'll be doing the Path of pain and my friends and family will start lightheartedly teasing me with "Any lost progress is an oPPURTUNITY TO SUCCEEEED AAAGAAAAAAAAAAiiiinnnnnn...!"

speaking from lots of experience, FTD took me ~200-500 hours to learn how to make things work, and not even optimally enough to use in combat. the skill’s mostly in how well you can build to the constraints you give yourself and how well your vehicles can do in their element. this game requires a sisyphusean level of dedication in order to play well. but, once you get over the learning cliff… its still hard because then you have to climb mount everest (beating the campaign). still fun all the way through
This video had no scope of reviewing the games other than the difficulty, but I have found it really informing of what new games I should try next just for their novelty and how fun they are. Super great video, thank you so much for making it!

@@oddball1336 One of my friends plays Hearthstone, in which I heard that some of the achievements are extreme, potentially even impossible. There's an achievement for completing 10 battle passes, which by the time I'm writing this, I don't think they even reached a tenth battle pass (that feature was added just a few years ago from what he said), and there are multiple achievements that require you to complete a flawless run with every single class in some of the game modes available there (if I remember correctly, it's 12 wins without dying), and that's just a few of the hundreds of achievements it has. I don't know what Blizzard was doing when they decided it'd be a good idea to include achievements which are literally impossible to get, but from what he has shown me, it makes TF2 look tame in comparison.

Fun fact: the achievement shown in 13:50 is actually a reference to Simo Häyhä, more known as "White Death", an finnish sniper that targeted soviet soldiers in the winter and shot them with a sniper rifle (with no scope, so no light could reflect and expose him), all this while using an mostly white outfit to blend in with the snow (he also would put some snow in his mouth so he could aim better)

Regarding RE2 Remake, I'd actually argue that the achievement for beating the No Way Out scenario as part of the Ghost Survivors is more difficult than the ones for the Hardcore runs of Leon and Claire. There's a video guide on how to beat their campaigns on Hardcore and it genuinely made the experience much less unnerving and easy than one would think.
This video actually encouraged me to do some achievement hunting for games in my library. It’s been a wild ride so far but damn it makes me feel good when I see that ribbon

Finally got around to watching this, and MAN all I can say is amazing job. You have some severe dedication, going through the good, the bad, and the ugly of games to get every single achievement. I do sometimes sit down and fully complete some games, though most of the time they're easy or games I enjoy. I've only done a handful of games, like the Majora's Mask Remake, Link Between Worlds, Superflight, One Finger Death Punch 2, and a couple other games. I do know what some of that grind feels like though, as I've played Tribal Hunter and HOLY SHIT grinding for all the upgrades in the early release was horrible. Again, congratulations on this momentous achievement, I can only dream of having the time and dedication to even do something remotely close.

The Binding of Isaac is the first game I ever put triple digit hours into (almost 400). I was so excited for Rebirth that I tried to 100% it and I was something like 2 or 3 achievements away when they released Afterbirth, I then got back to just 5 achievements away and then they released Afterbirth+ and then I gave up, and then Repentance and now I'm at 38% completion and it makes me want to cry when I think about how I was at 96% once.

Good video, but I think you should've ranked these games over how fun they were to complete, rather than how hard, because a game's difficulty doesn't necessarily reflect it's overall quality, in fact, games like stray would suffer from being hard.
Modded Terraria doesn't disable achievements. That's how I had fun doing the fishing achievement.
So many mods add crazy fishing-related things, I like the fisherman's soul from Fargo's Soul Mod

TK's favourite in DR2 isn't actually unobtainable it just requires a ridiculous rigamarole to get around the crashing bug after slicecycles, if the host quits out it will prompt an autosave for the other players including their event wins so what you do is have the host quit at Slicecycles until the other 8 events have been completed and saved then win Slicecycles, the game will still crash but the achievement will pop right before it does, that is the legitimate way to get that achievement on Steam I know I've done it, massive PITA but it works and requires no cheats.

One must imagine Foekoe as happy
as someone who has fully completed terraria, some of the achievements are definitely grind-y, but you can also do some cheesy shit like the angler quests on journey mode where you can manually speed through time and research all the fish so then you don’t have to actually grind out 200 days of fishing. also bring an end game character w/ a clentaminator to a new small world and purify it in a couple mins. idk i wouldn’t say it’s easy, but some of these grinds seem way way worse 🤷

Idk who talked you about the Witness but is actually a great puzzle game.
Is pretty different to your classical puzzle game where you go from room to room and is more like a Metroidvania of knowledge about the puzzles mechanics, the more you know the more places you can go.
It's not perfect, if you are musically deaf or color blind you are basically locked away from two areas. It also has a few pretty bs/annoying puzzles, but just like a good Metroidvania you are not forced to complete everything to get to the end. Just going through the main parts of the game is a blast.
Also going trought the world is pretty relaxing on itself.
Idk but the Witness is actually horrid
