First, I absolutely love all your videos! Your wedding video made me cry 😭 tears of joy! That being said…
My husband & I pay $1700 dollars here in Colorado for a two bed two bath apartment. It is so expensive here! Electric $100 typically, Internet $106.00, gas $30.00, car insurance $290.00 for two cars, car payments $514.00, and my husband pay a different amount for his. Not getting into groceries with inflation in the U.S being so high and corporations constantly doing every shady thing in the world to make more profits.

Very interesting and thorough video! I definitely found PDC quite expensive when I lived there. I am currently based in Bangkok, Thailand. I pay the equivalent of 7,500 Mexican Peso for a small, clean apartment in the heart of the city with a pool, gym, laundry, security, reception etc. I spend about another 8,000 on food, drinks, transport, utility bills, phone/internet etc. Travel to other parts the country and flights to other countries in the region are pretty cheap too. Very safe place also. Locals are really friendly and helpful too - as they were in Mexico. Food is great and the weather is usually good. All in all, a good place to be a digital nomad.

Thank you, we're so happy to know you enjoyed it 🙌😊 When were you living here? Geovanny's family moved here in 2006 and he always said how prices just shot up as Playa became more and more of a tourist hotspot 👀 We so look forward to one day relocating to a quieter, more authentic town/city in Mexico 🙌🇲🇽 $7500 is not bad at all for all you get - especially the laundry, pool and gym 🤩 That's not bad for all your additional expenses either. Do you find that you go out often, or are you more of a homebody like Geovanny and I?😊 Thailand has always been on our radar to visit, and we have a friend who lived there for quite some time and said that the look and feel of Playa reminded her a lot of Bangkok 🤩🙌 I think that one of the major benefits you have living in Thailand over Mexico is that Playa has seen a major spike in crime in recent years 🫣 We feel totally safe, but I think you rest easier at night when you know that crime rates are low 🙌 Thank you so much for watching!
