I have been using hummus as a salad dressing lately and it is a game changer. You can put a spoonful on the salad and take to work without your greens getting soggy; lovin it!🙂

The Greek sala dressing is Greek olive oil and Greek oregano. The salad is fresh bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and olives. I’m top of the sala a big chunk of feta cheese.

If you’re ok eating hemp seeds, I’d suggest those. 3 tbsp would get you ~10 grams of protein. You could also sub the pasta I used and go for a chickpea or another high protein pasta

She premixed a bunch of seasoning into a jar ahead of time in preparation for making tofu scramble taste more like scrambled eggs: I think she said she used nutritional yeast, garlic & onion powders, kala namak (aka black salt which has a sulfur “eggy” taste to it) turmeric, & a little smoked paprika! If you want to make vegan deviled eggs you could probably add all of the seasonings to the “yolk” part and mix in vegan mayo, some sweet pickle relish & dill/parsley? I haven’t had deviled eggs in forever but I’m pretty sure that’s how it is generally made
