In my 40s, I did short T-Tapp workouts & it leaned me out! I'm going back to it. I went through menopause & chronic pain at the same time the last few years. So for over 7 years I didn't move. I read mind/body books, let the pain go & now I'm off medication. I need to lose a few pounds & I'm going to do Hamelin & T-Tapp. Thank you Rachel! You're so kind & honest.❤❤❤

Rachel thank you so much for sharing your discovery, I started Hamelin, with Vimeo contents and RUclips I bought only legs workout from him, i like that my waist are getting smaller, and the outer legs, but what I notice is that my belly was far more flat with Tracy method, and the same for the arms, they were tighten with Treacy method. Today I want to try T-Tapp.
I guess I have to combine all of this different approaches to workout.
      Thank for sharing❤

Hey Rachel! I bought Armatics (which is like 12 bucks in US dollars), and I throw it into the days where I walk. It’s long, so I listen to a podcast, but it’s pretty challenging, and I’ve seen great progress with that! Just something to consider - love watching your videos!

Great video Rachel! Glad you are getting results with Hamelin. I did Hamelin for about 4 months and have quite a bit of his content, all which is good. I purchased Armatics and found it to be too slow and boring for me. I am used to TAM arms. I would say add it in if you want to do like a meditative type of workout.

First, I Love catching up on your Sunday videos, second the comments section in your videos is my favorite! Have you tried HAM’s RUclips “shoulders and arms” video. It is killer for the arms and back of arms, highly recommend! I like it better than arm taster video. Back of arms is an area I am targeting more and with that video I’m already getting more rear delt and tricep definition. Win win!

I know you're doing HAM, but Tracy says that if you're doing her ab moves right and feeling it (the contractions) where you're supposed to, the body takes the stress much more than your neck (in reference to her tummy moves where you're only using one hand or none to support the neck). I *assume HAM would be similar. I totally agree with the walks. I wasn't able to walk, as you know, for a while, now that I can I dropped down to a beginner workout plus a walk (on weekends)...and yes, plus a Hipcentric session at some point in the day. I love my walks - the music, sometimes I see foxes, I chat with neighbors sometimes (do I sound old, yes, I do), mentally solve problems or work through stuff. If you would Rachel dear, if you're experimenting a lot with rebounding and Tapp I definitely want to know more. Definitely definitely, especially rebounding. Also... I understand why you like the HAM culture vs. the TAM culture, but do you truly like the workouts more? Are the results better or the same? You're very right about the photos - and I have regrets over not having done family ones because of how I felt (feel) about myself after baby 2 was born. Don't be like me. Take the photos. - Lastly, hubs walked in, saw me watching you and goes "Oh, it's Rundown with Rachel time." :)

Always so so good to hear from you. First off, your last sentence made me bust out laughing. Haha such an accurate description of his face.
I honestly do prefer Hamelin over Tracy because the cardio is built in and I don’t stress about doing the workout. I also got increased cellulite doing Tracy’s online studio and was told it would subside over time but that has not been the case with Hamelin. It’s hard to tell if Hamelin improved it bc I do so much dang body brushing these days. On the other hand, I did get even better results with meta abcentric but when I went on to continuity it lost the steam. I’m going to bet I will redo meta one of these days. Especially given it’s 30 min, I can just tack on walking and I already have the program. With online studio it was daunting and the results seemed to be all over the place which was discouraging and made me feel kind of desperate and at Tracy’s mercy “will this be the week I’m going to get results? Oh yes, she said this will really get us swimsuit ready thank goodness!” Shifting topics - I will absolutely be doing a rebounder video soon. I’ve just looking to dedicate a stretch of time to really test it out and with travel and things I’ve been delaying it. I get annoyed when I see people testing things while simultaneously testing other things and it’s not an accurate trial. So as much as I can and in the case of the rebounder - I want to know for sure that it makes a difference and how. Thank you once again for your great questions and points. Hope you have a great week!

I thought I was the only one in the HAM community who thinks the 90 min TMW workouts are excessive for me, so I end up skipping those or only do them once or twice at the most. My problem area isn’t the lower body, it’s my upper body, so doing essentially half the 90min class on legs isn’t quite what I need as much. I end up just doing the 60 mins TMW ones more consistently. It was also so weird to see half the TMW1 classes not using any hand weights for the entire class. 60 mins TMW class? Yes. 90 mins TMW class? No, but maybe the new TMW 9 course coming out this summer might be different.
