    Ah! The food intolerances and inflammation in the LYMPH system! Brilliant Rachel! That makes so much sense! I always wondered why when I eat certain things (processed grains) within minutes I'm bloaty all over. I didn't really know what the inflammatory mechanism of that is, but it's the lymph system! Amazing! I recently quit processed sugar and flour, eat beans (bean protocol) and protein and my blood sugar is so much more stable, no cravings AT ALL, and weight coming off fairly quickly. I rebound daily and have a strength routine I use with it. Thank you dear, blessings!

    Scalp psoriasis is something my dermatologist said I have but I’m not sure. My hair is not oily but it’s been trying to stick to my head at the roots. I do not have dandruff nor do I have large scabs forming but it’s a bit sticky and nothing I do will or use helps I thought it was the Extentions glue that perhaps got bonded to my scalp I even thought at one point that someone was punking me putting glue in my hair products. I know that’s a bit extreme but I’m at a loss. My hair wants to almost clump together in some areas on my head is this scalp psoriasis?😮

    Thank you for another great video, Rachel! One caution about Catalyst Gold is that it contains calcium carbonate, and while that sounds like a good thing, further research will show it’s essentially like putting cement in your veins. :( Most calcium is bad to supplement with, but the carbonate form is especially bad, and sadly, so many processed foods, and especially vegan milks, are fortified with it. :/ If I see it this, I just avoid it-except my toothpaste has it! 🤪
    I’m going to check out some of the books you mentioned!! I so appreciate you sharing all your tips! 💖

      @@PeaceIsYeshua again really grateful you brought this to our attention and I reached out to Herbalore (they make CG) and they appreciated the concern as synthetic calcium carbonate in high doses is not recommended. However, they relayed that calcium carbonate in small doses is excellent to soothe the stomach and the digestive system. With that the calcium carbonate in catalyst gold is 1. Natural and 2. A small dose (15 mg per 2 capsules).
      At the end of the day, another reminder to be careful about what we take and really appreciate you highlighting that.

      The Glucose Goddess is so great isn’t she?
      Of course! I was doing her old program Continuity and was getting bored with it, wasn’t getting much out of it and was considering going back to online studio or even trying something different. Then there was some drama where she commented pretty harshly on a long time TAMers post and it was pretty disappointing. We all have our moments, but it encouraged me to try and support a different program. I’m glad I did bc it seems to work for me better.

    Hey with the catalyst gold- I ordered it a while ago & started with just 2 pills but it made me feel so nauseous, I quit after 4 days...I think the body probably gets used to it? Not asking for medical advice, I understand its 100% my responsibility to choose what I put in my body, but I was wondering if anyone here experienced that & if it cleared up? It gets really great reviews and i want to try it again! ❤

    • @RundownwithRachel
      @RundownwithRachel  Год назад +2

      Reached out to the company Herbalore and they were quick to reply!
      “In the case of experiencing nausea, we would suggest to take it with food + lots of liquids and start with 1 capsule and work up to 2 or more capsules gradually. Nausea could due to the body detoxing. Even taking 1 capsule a day will bring benefits.”
      Please let me know if that helps!
