Love HAM. Seen great results so far. Not going back to Tracy. I appreciate what I got from Tracy and did improve my fitness a lot with TAM. I also have nice memories of doing TAM on vacay - doing it by the beach in Hawaii, LA, Mexico. Anyway HAM is the real deal and I can’t justify TAM prices WITHOUT the HAM results. I’ve done inch loss and now I’m going to incorporate the model workout - I even got my fiancé to do it with me. Def could never convince him to do Tracy. Lol

I’m am definitely loving the fact the cardio is incorporated with Ham as it was sometimes hard to add it in with TAM. I have to say I did TAM off and on for years and most recently for 3 months consistently. I kept waiting to see bigger results. I am 3 weeks in with HAM and seeing results already. Being in menopause, I definitely think the added cardio has been helpful!

TAM is a recipe for slow/no results. The boredom factor & lack of verbal cueing are the 2 big problems with her workouts.

Whatever you’re doing, it’s working. You look long, lean and glowing.
It’s motivating me because even your facial features are more defined.
At 62, change in facial features is challenging to me.
I don’t even mind wrinkles as much as I hate loss of definition and developing laxity. I won’t let my cheekbones go away without a fight!

Just invested in the cellerciser rebounder which is said to be antiaging - given my last rebounder broke within a year I figured I would invest in better quality this time. Anyhow, Im beginning to incorporate that with Hamelin. I’ll report back if it’s as anti-aging and as cellulite blasting as it’s said to be! Hope you’re having a great weekend, Ronnie!!!

I heard about the Hamelin method from your videos and decided to try it out. I’m definitely a HAM fan now! Even though I still like the older TAM workouts, the dance cardio was always something that turned me off from subscribing livestream because it was too high impact for me to do everyday. I like how HAM weaves the cardio into his workouts so I don’t have to worry about scheduling separate sessions during my week. His content is also flexible so that you can break up the sessions if it’s too long or adjust to lower impact moves. My particular favorites are the Inch Loss and the Cardio Tone workouts. Doing old-school aerobics to 80s and 90s music makes me smile. 😅

I only had to watch her online workouts to know the HAM method will get noticeable results quicker. There's just too much guess work with the TAM, & it is waaay overpriced for NO verbal cueing. What a croc of hard work that TAM is at 6 days/week - just way too demanding time-wise & physically to sustain long term. It's all about maximising her RIO for Ms Anderson, I'm afraid. Her explanations for lack if verbal cueing lack credibility too. No verbal cueing will definitely lead to incorrect form, lack of muscle engagement and injury.

I cannot stand that either! EVERY BODY IS SO DIFFERENT - disagree with those blanket statements. Some unsolicited advice…With Hamelin, be patient. Certain moves will be very difficult but the majority of the workouts are not taxing. Which is quite different from Tracy. But as I’m sure you’ve learned from Tracy, engage your body as much as you can and you will feel a MAJOR difference. Also, a note on cost, it is ridiculous how much money I have saved with Hamelin and the fact that I prefer the workout is even better!

TMW has 5 1-hr classes and 5 90-min classes per course. You only have to buy a course once and they're yours to keep forever. None of the courses are harder that another so don't feel the need to go in order.
