I’m still trying to figure things out but this helped. I’ve been identifying as genderfluid for a good bit now but literally yesterday I came to realize so many things about my gender. I don’t think I will chose to undertake anything here, though this did help me make a decision I think, imma sleep on it though. I finally came to realize I used to hate my body, however I never knew being transgender was a thing. I take estradiol for years by neovagina, 0.5mg daily is sufficient. This is one half of Estrace/estrofem 1mg pill. Or one quoter of 2mg pill. My blood levels are very good and stable at about 150 pg/mL, and I feel so good like with no other administration route. And since then for the first time, my vagina does not smell bad.

My problem with this. Is that all of the side effects of HRT are just lumped together. If your someone like me who has a T count low enough to skip blockers then the stuff about testicular and penile shrinkage and low libidoisn't a concern as those aren't side effects of estrogen. All in all this isn't much better than a Google search and to act as if genital reassignment is the end goal of everyone is irresponsible
Well, if you live in a place with the "Appropriate Clinic Treatment" standard of transitioning, then you can STILL get your Gender Marker changed if you identify as a woman. Point being, there are places in the world that do not require hormones.
Please look up and watch dr will powers "treatment of the transgender patient" it points out this videos blatant misconceptions. The fact that spiro is at the top of her list of blockers and doesnt even mention bicalutimide is almost a crime. You can transition beautifully and safely hun
