well my family well just my sister she 14 years old then me i am 59 she is totally supportive of me ,when i dress up as a girl i had a wide range of emotions i have been on HRT for 16 weeks so yes its a bit scary but its like taking a Your baby steps you have to crawl before you can walk like that in life is same thing.

I want to call out some misinformation here regarding injections of estradiol. Wild level changes and mood swings ONLY happen if administered in a nonoptimal manner, such as injecting into the thigh once every two weeks. Peak to trough ratios don't have to be high, and can be reduced to any ratio desired by changing the injection interval from a long one (two weeks) to a short one (twice a week). Properly injected (long needle into gluteus) there are NO uncomfortable mood swings when the right interval is chosen. A lot is known. Perhaps this video is out of date.
I think for IM lateral thigh might be preferred over glute bc less blood vessels and therefore no need to aspirate. (also easier to self inject). Also I don't know that subQ isn't as effective. But yes, shorter dosing schedule helps with mood changes.

Is Cyproterone Acetate (Androcur) safe for T Blocker?. In Southeast Asia normally we use Cyproterone than Spironolactone for T blocker. In my experience Cyproterone work better than Spironolactone...

Much of the info on HRT is out of date and innacurate. Estradiol only and Estradiol and Progesterone via IM is the Gold Standard of HRT.
Their hair is a disaster in the best possible way.

i take spironolactone 400mg everyday and 10mg of estrogen and 200 mg of progestrone i take all of my meds all at one time my body is use to it
