My husband and I eat fruit and nuts every morning. No red meat except for Bison once a week.
He had clogged arteries and had surgery in 2018.
We cut our all dairy, processed foods, beef, lamb and pork.
Cut all sugar, and now using honey.
White flour, is death!
Its all organic wheat, oats.
His health is excellent and so is mine.
Wine is gone as well.
What a difference in our lives at 75 yrs old.
So many of our friends have health issues and have died because they didn't change their diet and not enough exercise.
God gave us what to eat, then man thought it needed changing.. God is right !
Were not suppose to get sick because our body has a complete and excellent process if we just put a proper food or eat a healthy food.

As an alternative to coffee, tea and soft drinks that frequently contain high Fructose corn syrup, I started making a blend of frozen blueberries, coconut milk and pineapple juice in a blender. This has a very mild and satisfying sweetness. I'm thinking of how I can use avacado and pomegranate into my diet.
Why would tea contain high fructose corn syrup? Assuming you don't add any sweeteners, it will have zero fructose in it.

We put avocado in the blender with the fruit and sprinkle pomegranate on the top. It's not only healthy it's delicious too.

I read that a lot of plastic food containers that say " BPA free " changed to a very similar chemical , bpf and bps ,that are just as bad.

I am a low salt diabetic. I am 77 and have MS. Very limited exercise. However, I have been doing a lot of dietary change. I was a firm carnivore, consumed sodas by the litre. My diet now follows much of what was presented. Vegetables are my main with limited meats. I create my own spice and herbal blends. I also use a unit to make carbonated water.

My young relative had a stroke after taking hormones to control heavy periods! She should have monitired her blood pressure but blood pressure monitors are very hard to use.

Thank you very much for your informative video. I think dairy should be added to the list, especially these days with such high processing and the use of hormones in animals. Organic is better, but still in moderation. Plant based unsweetened milks are very healthy if organic to avoid spraying and gmo. A cancer cells have a protein shell around them. Cancer stem cells can be destroyed with the right foods and your advice is excellent, thank you for caring to share.

Drinking warm water 1st thing in the morning then having a variety of fruits for breakfast.nothing cooked till lunchtime.drinking something bitter once per week.nuts,peas n beans and fresh green veggies.nothing to eat that comes from a tin! Drinking juice I made and hydrate

I sure have to wonder how someone affords it as you should only eat humanely raised, hormone and antibiotic free, grass fed meat. Processed meats are absolutely unhealthy. I think this diet sounds dangerous. It makes me very uncomfortable how the bots are pushing it in the comment section.
Not all salt is equal. Table salt is the worst as it is stripped of all it's minerals. I only use sea salts or Himalayan salt.
Lifelong vegetarian here. I eat lots of beans burritos, nonfat yoghurt, nuts, soy/almond milk. And fruits
