@dammit_larry Yeah, that's what self-diagnosis is, I don't like Synni, and I don't know how much research she put in the topic, but that is just what a portion of people with autism in America do. Since the cost to get a medical diagnosis is so high, and when you do you get like no benefits, plus being afab often ends up with you getting misdiagnosed which is another whole bag of worms. Usually when someone does self-diagnosis it's usually done with a large amount of research and outside opinions, and only really done to understand one's self better.

This is why teaching "consent" is important. Easiest example. Boxing. A sport that can be viewed as Fun. But it needs consent, or else its just assault. Even the excuse of "I've done it since I was a child" can not hold water. It's a terrible thing to punch another child without consent, but even more terrible punching a child without consent as an adult. Time and place. A boxing class. But children should not talk about sex to an adult, unless it's about "proper education/therapy". An example of therapy, during a criminal case. "I heard screaming, and saw blood." @dammit_larry Yeah, that's what self-diagnosis is, I don't like Synni, and I don't know how much research she put in the topic, but that is just what a portion of people with autism in America do. Since the cost to get a medical diagnosis is so high, and when you do you get like no benefits, plus being afab often ends up with you getting misdiagnosed which is another whole bag of worms. Usually when someone does self-diagnosis it's usually done with a large amount of research and outside opinions, and only really done to understand one's self better.

As a criminal interrogator, I just wanna say the way this situation is handled is dogshit. Synni's confession in that call would be thrown out as a confession under duress. It just feels like nobody in this situation actually cares about justice and just wants a epic clip owning the bad person. The way its supposed to go is building rapport to get an actual willing confession. Tormenting someone until they confess just to make it stop will always be thrown out in a real case, regardless of whether or not the confession is true. I remember hearing back to the first dramas of Synni and Birdie back when they were like 13 or 15 and now years later she’s really not learning from her mistakes and instead putting a 14yr old in the same positions that she had most likely faced. Reminds me of the hopeless peaches situation and the rosa call where they dug deep on her and bullied her to no end. The intentions were good, but everything else was horrible. Alongside that, the ableism and backtracking was way too prominent for this to not be dismissed as just two bullies drilling in on a pedophile for all the wrong reasons. I, also, could not stand listening to Kumo's voice. I genuinely considered turning on subtitles for the rest of the video, no offense. I don't know these guys (aside from a little about synnibear, damn her to hell), but in this call they sound like horrible people, and occasionally brought up things that had NOTHING to do with the conversation just because. Synnibear also carried herself horribly, and used her own emotions to play around with the actual truth and downplay it to make it seem less important to the story than it actually is. I don't want to start on Synnibear, because I have enough information on her from the few weeks I've been researching this story to determine she is sucky disgusting human being. But anyone who sees this video can tell that a. Kumo and the other person have no idea what they're doing b. Kumo and the other person just wanted to bully and make fun of a very serious situation and c. Kumo knows more than he lets on. Excuse the yapfest.
