    Chef Michael is almost like a mentor or father figure chef. He’s very respectful, humble and honest. He’s not afraid to point out your flaws so you can prefect them and be pushed to the next level. He loves and respects the art of cooking and wants you to feel the same.

      Very True. This show is so much enjoyable than Hell's Kitchen which I recently began watching. I like to learn as I watch shows. These three gentleman best fit my personality. The likes of Bastianich and Ramsay strike me as destructive with their criticisms not constructive. Additionally they explain things clearly and concisely, telling chefs the purpose of techniques and procedures.

      And probably better in the long-run for him. Since he had no experience as a chef in a professional kitchen, him winning the hundred grand and opening a place probably wouldn't have been a good idea. His lack of experience would've probably made it plummet. So honestly? He got the best deal. A stable, well-paying job in a high-end restaurant, giving him all the experience he needs

    Chef Michael is such a great person. He's never rude to the contestants and doesn't throw their dishes away. He calmly explains to them what they did wrong and tries to make them better. Definitely my favorite chef.

      I like how chef Alvin provides feedback. He makes you doubt yourself at first, then builds up your confidence by saying what was great about the dish. I love how the judges treat the chefs unlike the U. S. Show.

    Aaron was one of the best cooks through all 6 seasons. He got unlucky on 1 dish. Thea literally has cried her way into the finale

      Aaron's lack of experience backfired on him. He made the tastier dish but it he was always too inconsistent. Thea still had more to prove in the show, and Chef Michael knew Aaron would be better off learning from real experience than keeping him in.

    They called Thea out. They really challenged her to tell the truth if she really thought she didn't deserve to be there, and I'm glad they did because she really cries for sympathy as much as she possibly can. I taught swim lessons for year and years, I know crying from stress and pain and crying to get out of consequences.

    I love how Chef Alvin straight up tells Thea it's getting a little boring. Good Man. That woman just needs some tough love and a swift kick of confidence up the rear end. As much as I wanted Aaron to win over her. He got a better spot than a trophy and some money. He got a job. That's better than winning this competition.
    Think about it: You win a trophy and some money > Money will run out and trophy sits on your shelf > you then may get some recognition and do your own show, youtube stuff or get hired somewhere... Aaron just skipped all those phases and got to the job part, under one of the 3 chefs no less!

    I feel like Arron should have gotten that one. I haven’t seen much of the season other than miranda doing very well, but it seems like Arron have the skill and just need to fix a few things.
    That lady who doesn’t have a passion or a drive for cooking didn’t give her spot up because she wasn’t confident but didn’t care because she wanted to win. She threw away his dreams over money when he had the passion to cook. What a shame
