Awesome job again. Packed with information that even someone who has watched a lot of these hadn’t heard before, particularly about the edits and the very early drafts. I predict you will end up with lots of subscribers.

I truly believe that when Star Wars came out, it helped begin the healing of a nation wounded deeply by the Vietnam War. Our country split apart by political divisions, government falsehoods, and just a general malaise that was cast over America. Not even the Bicentennial Celebration the year before would really help quell that angst. Star Wars made us FEEL GOOD! It made little kids dream of adventure and faraway places. It's deeper philosophies would emerge as the "Children of Star Wars" grew-up. Was it a panacea for all what was wrong in the World? No. But the World is better for it having been made Thank you George!

George Lucas - Marcia Lucas = the Prequels. She has never gotten enough credit for her contribution.

You are so right. That is proof of Marcia Lucas' contributions to the Original Trilogy.

Yes. I wrote "re-release" in the title. Sorry about that. I qas having some weird technical issues with the original one and was considering erasing it. The only issue was all the fans who already saw it. 😁 oh man. Sorry. I have a new episode on Star Trek 6: The Undiscovered Country which will be released tomorrow. I appreciate you for watching out for newly released videos! 🙂 Thank you!

Entertaining - but at 1:45 Ralph McQuarrie is called Lucas' "old friend". Then a second later, it says they met the prior year. Just a little bu||sh*t to make the narration flow?
