Coconut oil & shea butter are life savers! 🙌🏽 I'm about Megan's complexion & I use to have discolored, rough knees from sports, fitness & crawling on them a lot!! I exfolioate in the shower 3x a week with an exfoliating glove & daily with my towel (i rub hard enough to make sure any dead skin rolls off) & always use shea butter or coconut oil daily sometimes twice, & now my skin tone is even & my knees feel like normal skin.
