Regardless of who you are and where you come from, if you make mass generalizations of an entire group of people from movies or TV shows then you aren’t very smart.
So why do you LOT do it when it applies to america?!😂 you romanticize and obsess over america because you consume the our various cultures daily and it teaches you everything and makes you feel rebellious and you have the audacity to talk shit?! Of course no country is perfect but I guess this can serve as one of the many disclaimers or wake up calls for them foreign girls who have a unrealistic and romanticized expectations of dating korean Oppas 😂
Likewise. Stop the obsession and romanticizing the west and america. A.k.a the place thats responsible for majority of the world learning english and music. Dont ever undermine and disrespect america when you consume and copy our culture from the moment you're born.
There's nothing wrong with romanticized expectations, every woman out there would love that, the problem is we need to get it through our thick skin that men will "men" no matter where they are or where they're from, what ethnicity they'll always act the same.
Koreans often have differing opinions on whether men and women can be just friends without being romantically involved. Additionally, where and how you meet someone plays a significant role. People met on dating apps, in bars, or clubs are often perceived as more likely to view women casually. It’s also true that there is a certain fantasy about white women, and in some cases, Korean men might feel too intimidated to approach them because they hold them in such high regard. Unlike Europe, where countries are connected by borders and travel is more open, Asia-especially Korea-has more limitations on cross-border movement. As a result, Koreans can sometimes be less experienced in interacting with foreigners.

And youll get disappointed every once in a while when your prejudices dont get confirmed.
Okay, seriously, ghoasting culture exists in Germany too. 😂 Many women on Hinge and Bumble don’t reply to me just after saying “Hey” or “Hi” I admit that Korea has a Goasting culture but it exists everywhere 😂
I think with the population collapse, it is a great time for foreign women to marry Korean men and have children, and I think Korea should give easy citizenship to these women.
Yes it is. It's very selfish..you're not thinking of how the other person might feel. If you're not interested anymore, just be honest and tell them. Don't be a coward.
@@akcheartsjbYou are right, I have been in both sides of ghosting and being ghosted and it does not feel good when you are on the receiving end. It is the opposite, it is not polite, which is a contradiction since they say Koreans are nice, that’s the opposite from being nice. What it takes to be honest? Nothing
It’s not a bad thing? If it wasn’t bad people wouldn’t talk about it. The polite thing to do is…if you don’t like them tell them. Otherwise it makes you a coward to just run away like that.

The people that are getting upset about this are simply mad because they're being called out on their talks of behavior because yes it does happen.

To be honest people that go to any country and expect it to be like in the movies need help
I like the first guy’s perspective.. he’s willing to admit what his side are bad for and stuff. Too many proud people unwilling to admit their faults.

My question is what is the difference between ghosting in South Korea vs the US?

Honesty is the best policy. Ghosting shows a lack of healthy communication skills and quite frankly, immaturity.
