Toby was the most iconic spiderman. Let's be real. Both Andrew and tom were good but Toby was as awkward as the real spiderman and portrayed the real peter parker perfectly
I mean not really. As a huge spidey comics fan Andrew played the most accurate Peter Parker and Spiderman. Parker began as kind of a huge jerk. His whole deal was going from an outcast (still conventionally attractive but less than a regular jock) who was bullied by jocks for being nerdy and quite, who then gets super powers, uses them to get back at people and becomes a bully himself and realising how fucked up he got when he lost uncle Ben. That's why the "with great power comes great responsibility" thing is so important to Spiderman's story. He could quite literally have become a jerk with abilities or a villain but he actively chose not to. So yea Andrew was the most accurate Parker (and Spidey). And yea he is endearingly awkward but he IS awkward and nerdy. Also his story is the closest to a comic incarnation of Parker (the ultimate comics version). The only reason people claim Tobey to be the most accurate Parker is because he wasn't as conventionally attractive, and was literally the first to play Parker which set a mould for all future portrayals. Tobey didn't know shit about Parker and just played the most generic nerd he could think of and people grew up on it and the nostalgia took over. Tobey was great as a nerd but not as Parker. I still love his portrayal of Parker, but it's not comic accurate. Nor is Tom's. Tom is practically Miles Morales but with Peter Parker's name slapped on it.
well seeing how much the raimi trilogy succeeded ofc this is an absolute downfall though it definitely isn't a commercial failure in comparison to a majority of movies

@@cariganpintalba9498 let me explain this the approx budget is 200-298 million we dont know exactly what it is for this specific movie and that dosent include the maketing budget which would have also been huge as they marketed tssm 2 crazy so that was probably around 200 mill aswell and studios dont earn the full box office total the theatres take a cut of every ticket cant remember the exact percentage so im not even sure if they broke even and if they did then they made very minimal profit sony thought this movie would make a billion
Andrew did an amazing job for the role he was given the problem with TASM was the writing and directing. The dialog was stiff and unnatural and a lot of the situations felt either too played up or just not enough. So in short Garfield isn't to blame and never had been
so when garfield was given a good director (like in nwh) he did such a good job with the role
@@moonlight_oats I actually really like the directing in the TASM series. Those movies were visually really appropriate to the stories they were telling. Sony made it hard for the story writers to make a good skeleton tho
I think they all did a good job of portraying different parts of spiderman's personality, and It makes sense that It's a multiverse.
Two precious actors. Rare. 💗
lowkey, Andrew was my favorite spiderman
high key andrew is my favorite spiderman
Tasmi suit was like amazing right
Please make your shorts more direct. You just needed to say, "Tom Holland's regret is not calling the previous spiderman actor before accepting the role" it would have cut us alot of time.
right. gotta get that watchtime and replay though
It wouldve cut you what, 20 seconds? Relax. You have the patience of a gorilla
I personally think that contextualization is way more important than just being direct and saving time at all costs. Not everyone is 100% familiar with the whole story. Let the guy explain the situation lmao
Tom Holland truly have kind heart & strong reasonable mind. Kudos to all the Spiderman & avengers/marvel team. 👍
Atleast we got to see all the three legends (Tobey, Andrew and Tom ❤) together in No Way Home. That's the part that matters.
Toby was the most iconic spiderman. Let's be real. Both Andrew and tom were good but Toby was as awkward as the real spiderman and portrayed the real peter parker perfectly
Yea ..no. never lol
@@src3360 quiet tom fanboy
But the movie called spiderman not peter parker, duh.🙄
No
I mean not really.
Andrew was clearly so happy to be on far from home man, I got so excited to that
it's no way home lol not far from home
Sony did Andrew so dirty
Hacksaw Ridge was ✨marvelous✨ he played amazing for that movie.
Tasm 2 made 70m dollars in profit. It's not as much as the other movies but it was no where near a commercial failure.
It’s still a commercial failure due to the difference of the other movies
well seeing how much the raimi trilogy succeeded ofc this is an absolute downfall though it definitely isn't a commercial failure in comparison to a majority of movies
My question is has Andrew kissed Tom yet? Andrew does that from time to time.
Spiderman: Home With The Homies
@@mrpinkfreak4168 LMAO
@@mrpinkfreak4168 10/10 title
@@mrpinkfreak4168 amazing title
@@mrpinkfreak4168 if that's not the next spiderman movie title, I'm suing marvel for lack of creativity
I cried when my mom made fun of TASM2s ending, cos I love the TASMverse, I love any media Spider-Man is in literally
The Harry Potter music fits surprisingly well with your commentary
The fact that my dad used to be one of the people mad about replacing Toby and then we got the movie and he started loving Andrew💀
I've liked them all so far. Including Nicholas Hammond as "The Amazing Spider-Man." 1977-1979
Out of all the superhero actors I think he's one of the few who have done well outside of these roles.
I loved Andrew as Spiderman.. hit with, timing and banter was on point..as well as his physical movement.
Hes talking about: Spiderman
Background music: Hedwig theme (harry potter)
Andrew was the coolest spiderman with insane swinging scenes
Nah, Tom is better (far from home final fight so...simply a masterpiece)
@@alguem9371 yh man, no cap.. Don't take like I hate tom, like who hates someone who plays spiderman.. All three are GOAT, I just said my opinion on andrew
People just hate change when a beloved character is played by different actor. They don’t get recognized for years after or until after their death. Wish I could’ve seen more of Andrew n what he could’ve done as Spider-Man
It just goes to show how much he loves Spider-Man as a character. After all the b.s that Sony put him through, he still decided to come back.
The thing that spoiled the amazing spiderman 2 was the green goblin scene rest all the movie was fantastic I love both the movie till date.
ikr in my opinion it has the best theme song in history
I have no idea how andrews films were seen as bad they’re AMAZING just like the others
the script was garabge only good thing was the directing
Andrew deserved an oscar for tick tick boom
Andrew was right,
He didn’t come back for 30%
He came back for everything. ❤
The Harry Potter music is really throwing me off😂❤️🔥
Tobey hated the role of Spiderman. He felt he wasn't getting paid enough to thst why they replaced him
😂😂😂😂 who told you that
not true LMAOO
Not only that, both of them shared their dream of a Trilogy.
I have been a long time Garfield Spider-Man fan and it’s nice to see that after No Way Home he’s getting appreciated.
Tobey: Best Spider-Man
Andrew: Best Peter Parker
Tom: Best of both
Tobey has the beat movies
I love how he’s talking about spider man, but the Harry Potter theme song is in the background 😭
andrew body language is so good, it just feels like spiderman.
I love listening to Harry Potter music while I watch a fast paced short about Spiderman.
This is one of the worst accents I've ever heard, that's even worsened by speeding up, loud Harry Potter music in the background, and the lack of subtitles on top of it. Couldn't catch most of what this guy just said.
@Pain Stream Highlights for an american, nimwit
british accent is easiest for the british
australian accent is easiest for the austrailians
It’s not an accent.
omg i didn’t realise this was just up. i noticed because it’s so weird to see one of these with only 400 likes haha
They all did amazing portraying Spider man but it was interesting having Spider-Man in high school though seeing him as a regular adult (regular ish) again would have been fun.
Why is there Harry Potter music in the back tho? 😂
ikrr
Though I never liked Andrew as Spider-Man, that’s gotta fucking suck.
They were all fantastic spidermen. And each one made Peter Parker there own
No Way Home allowed all three of them to shine. What a time to be alive!!
Hacksaw ridge was top tier gold 👌
It’s funny because NOW people absolutely love Garfield. He got the loudest screaming and clapping when he came on screen in NWH, opening night.
Honestly, Tom Holland did A really amazing job on the movie. I love that the other Spider-Man actors came togeather after everying in no-way-home :)
Its amazing to see that even after people disliked Andrew, The others brung him back !
“Talking about Spider-Man” plays Harry Potter music in the background
Andrew Garfield is the Gen5 Unova Region equivalent of Spidermen
I think all Spider-Man movies are amazing.
Andrew Garfield's spider man is the best at showing the nephew raised by aunt and uncle relationship and then it just got more accurate when the uncle passes away with how much closer Peter and aunt may got afterwards. My aunt raised me my uncle passed the day after I turned 7 my aunt took me to see both of Andrews movies and we both hold those as our favourite Spiderman movies and then when Andrew came back I took her to see no way home when he showed up on screen my aunt and I couldn't help but look away from the screen to look at each other and smile our biggest stupidest smile.
The amazing Spider-Man was very good, hope to see a third installment one day
HARRY POTTER music over a video about Spiderman? That's a crossover I would love to see.
