      @@ceedaplug7449 Ali beat Foreman when he was out of his prime. 98% of all the experts, trainers, historians and fighters pick preban Ali. Ali wasn't textbook anything, boxed wrong, never held his hands up never went to the body slipped punches with his head but always found a way to win. He would confuse mike, tie him up, stick and move and by the late rounds it would be target practice, not to mention he had the fastest hands and best chin of any hw. Mike is awesome but Ali on another level✌️

    Cassius Clay wins 99 of 100 times. Too much of everything what Ali brings to the table. I think Cassius movement, the psychological factor and his tremendous heart give Mike most trouble. Ali always had a tough chin (see Earnie Shavers fight of a 35 year old Ali) and never lost a fight by real knockout. By the way Cassius/ Ali fought punchers like Liston, Foreman and Shavers in his career.

    15 round fight. Ali would run for his life for 7 rounds and talk shit the whole time. By the 8th Mike would be tired and completely frustrated. That's when the fight would REALLY start. Except by that point, Ali has already won the crowd and the judges with his antics and is super confident. The more he lands, the more confused and embarrassed Mike becomes, and as Mike gets sloppy, Ali starts lighting him up. By the 11th round the corner stops the fight. Mike could beat anybody in their prime EXCEPT Ali. (and maybe Foreman because of his style)

    I'd chose Cassius Clay over Tyson. Clay moved all of the time. He would be hard for Tyson to hit. And he would've talked Tyson to death and got inside of his head. Tyson even got frustrated when he couldn't land a knockout blow on Holyfield. Clay had a great jab and way more endurance too.

    Ali beats Tyson. Tyson would be similar to Joe Frazier the style but the difference is that Joe starts off slow in the early rounds Tyson goes for KO’s early but that wouldn’t effect Ali due to his footwork Tyson won’t catch him but I don’t think Ali would KO Tyson it would be a unanimous decision then

    • @dwaynemorrissey3524
      @dwaynemorrissey3524 3 года назад

      Think too when Ali fought Joe he didn't have his footwork. Only way Tyson could win is keep landing more shots, you couldn't KO Ali. Joe used cross guard so was hard to tie up, when guys tied up Tyson he fell apart

    • @cormacmcquillan828
      @cormacmcquillan828 2 года назад

      Frazier and Tyson aren't similar, that's a huge misconception. Tyson was a Boxer puncher, Frazier was a pure brawler and pressure fighter. Ali had trouble with him because it didn't matter how much ali Punished him, Frazier just kept coming. Tyson relied on out landing his opponents, making them miss and countering. Ali could answer all that, as he did with before. Tyson was a mid range, not a close range puncher. Ali excelled against mid to long range punchers but struggled against close range fighters such as Frazier and Norton.

      Tyrell was an Ali type; he added punching while keeping range smoothly.
      Punching quick midrange, then using a shoulder to block with a semi-Philly shell
      Able to punch to the body fast from a counter left to right
      I'm able to come in with a quick combo, back up, get punches landed on, then return back smoothly. I can name more, but I don't have to.
      Ali clinched a lot, bounced too much, which Joe or Cooper began to be able to read, and countered him easily. He had hands down low often and used head movement, but not the way moderns used it, which was head blocking with hands.
      Even if Ali was as advanced as Tyrell, he would still be outdated because he would be in the 80s.

Ali’s been in there with some guys that may have actually hit harder than Mike (Sonny Liston, Ernie Shavers, George Foreman, etc) so Mike wouldn’t likely be able to pull that off, plus Ali was a master at psychologically wrecking dudes. Then there’s that legendary footwork. Ali on points. Maybe late stoppage cause Mike’s been known to lose steam late in fights. This could mean trouble for Mike. Lots of trouble.
