The waffles were the one recipe I’ve been able to try from this collab so far, and they are delicious! My daughter loved them too. I love a good soft pretzel, so I don’t think it’ll be long before I try these too.
Oh, I have been looking at sourdough pretzel recipes! I have to use gluten free flour or I'd use this recipe. I will shape them how you did for bites though! Way easier than twisting.
I did sourdough pretzels but made mine without yeast. Also, put them in pot of boiling soda water till they would float. Brushed them with egg wash before baking. They tasted pretty good. These would appeal more as a snack.
This looks like a fun recipe to try with my granddaughter. I never would have thought to use different toppings to give them different flavors. Thank you for being in the collab.
And I can't remember if I said I made the waffles.... and you are SOOO right about the coconut oil!! 🤣 I think I need to switch what I keep in the cupboard
